Fuentes de Nerja is a front-line centrally located secure complex with a large pool and gardens.It is adjacent to Torrecilla Beach, and a short walk from the bustling old town and the Balcon de Europa.
The west facing first floor apartment has a new and fully equipped kitchen which includes dishwasher, halogen hob, large fridgeand freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine and iron.Recently installed climate controlled airconditioning/central heating and satellite flat screen TV.Full wifi access is available at an additional charge of £15 per week.
The large, light living room and bedrooms have been furnished to a high standard and have modern full blinds. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD, and a Bose style CD player compatible for ipod/MP3. A large selection of DVDs, CDs , games and books are provided. There is also a comfortable dining area to seat four.
The living room leads onto a large west-facing balcony with beautiful sunsets and excellent views over the Plaza Fabrica de los Cangregos, Torrecilla Beach, and the Med. On the balcony there is high quality patio furniture for four with modern wind -out blind if you prefer shade.
There are two en-suite bedrooms, both with ample storage, fitted wardrobes and equipped with hairdryers. The master bedroom has views over the sea and Plaza. Two new luxury bathrooms for 2011.
The nearby numerous cosmopolitan bars, restaurants and shops make this a particularly convenient location,only three minutes walk to the Balcony of Europe.Parking on the street outside the development though shops, restaurants while guaranteed secure parking in our private garage is also available , Spanish tapas bars and all amenities are so close that it is not really necessary to hire a car unless you want to travel outside Nerja.

The Fuentes development ('fuente' means 'fountain')is a moderately-sized complex of low-rise one and two bedroomed apartments located within a safe gated area complete with gardens, fountains and one of the largest communal pools in Nerja.The west facing first floor apartment is served by stairs and lifts, which make it suitable for children, the elderly or the disabled.Secure private garage parking available at a modest additional charge.

The necessities will be there to get you started-tea,coffee ,milk,condiments,toilet rolls,washing up liquid ,hand wash,etc
Good quality linen and towels are changed weekly.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa Del Sol region has beautiful scenery and lovely weather Nerja,a former fishing and agricultural town is a popular location.Nerja is a good base to explore Andalusia (Cordoba,Granada,Seville and the "White Towns").Day trips can be booked to many places including Gibraltar.
The Nerja / Torrecilla Beach area
Nerja retains its Andalusian character.It is not only a summer resort ,it retains its charm all year and boasts one of the best climates in Europe. There are several beautiful beaches including Torecilla and Burriana.The beautiful hillside town of Frigilliana is a short drive or bus ride away .The Caves of Nerja are also worth a visit.

We loved the large balcony and stunning sunset.We spent many happy hours enjoying the view-with the odd glass of wine! We have never stayed in such a well appointed apartment before-you think of everything from the first aid kit to the sewing repair kit. We've never seen so many games and DVDs before-a real credit to you both-as you know we're back later in the year.(Jenny and Steve)
Fuentes is a great location we were only a short walk from the beach,bars and restaurants and the town centre. It was so relaxing we never needed to use the car.(Vicky and John)
A fabulous place to stay.A great apartment in the middle of the town beautifully equipped you think of everything even down to tea,coffee and milk when we arrived. We have visited Nerja on several occassions in the past but your location was the best - nice level walks,next to a wonderful prom and beach. The children had a great time in the large pool and we enjoyed the great views from the balcony where we had sun right throught to late evening.We will be booking again.(Emma,David and boys)
I have returned the keys to your wonderful apartment with much reluctance. We would have liked to stay longer.
We have really enjoyed Nerja, but what a lovely apartment, couldn't ask for anything better, your attention to detail and furnishings, have made for areally relaxed and luxurious holiday, also the helpful tips in your booklet were very useful.

Well we have now reluctantly returned from our lovely break in Nerja. The weather was excellent and we were very impressed by Nerja and will certainly return. Your apartment was just excellent, beautifully fitted and with everything we could need. It really was so nice to be in such a well fitted apartment with such lovely furniture and furnishings and both bathrooms are really wonderful.
