Home description
A luxury 5 bedroom villa with its own pool and fantastic views. The villa is located in a small urbanisation in an elevated position above Nerja, looking out to sea. The size of the villa offers scope for large groups or several families. It is detached and has been built and furnished to a high standard and has its own pool, parking, several terraces and gardens. The villa is both comfortable and spacious, on three levels, each of which has its own terrace with stunning views of the sea. The beach is in walking distance (five minutes drive away). It has satellite TV/DVD. Close to the centre of the charming town of Nerja which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. Nearby are the renowned Nerja Caves whilst Malaga airport is only 45 minutes away. A large water park is 30 minutes drive away. To the North East is the beautiful and historic city of Granada. Skiing is also close by. Along the beach there are many beautiful restaurants.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations. The area's mild climate makes it possible to enjoy the beaches and a wide variety of outdoor activities all year round.
Nerja is the most important urban centre on this end of the Costa del Sol and has one of this area's main tourist attractions - the Nerja Caves, a spectacular find that is open to the public and that hosts an annual music and dance festival within its famous caverns. At the foot of Nerja town a winding footpath joins several coves and there are some lovely beaches to be found in this area.
Nerja / Ladera del Mar area
Nerja is right on the coast about 50 km from Malaga on the Costa del Sol and has around 15 km of sandy beaches and lovely blue water. Water sports are available including water skiing, scuba and sailing. Nerja has its own micro climate and boasts more than 300 days of sun every year.
The old town is still virtually unchanged with narrow streets and whitewashed houses. The spectacular Balcon de Europa is a magnificent palm fringed promenade with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. Behind the town is an incredible backdrop of mountains which even have their own ski resort! Imagine that ski in the morning and sun bathe in the afternoon!
How to get there
Most budget airlines have lots of flights to Malaga and the earlier you book the cheaper it is!
You can also fly to Almeria or Granada-which are often cheaper still-but a couple of hours drive.
Malaga to Nerja is about 40 minutes and very easy as its mostly motorway.

Further details indoors: All 5 bedrooms are air conditioned and heated. Large fitted cupboards. All bedrooms are huge and face south to the sea. Access to terraces by individual patio doorsand the doors are fitted with locks and grilles. There are 3 full size bath/shower rooms as well as a cloakroom. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering:-dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave, hob and full size oven. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine, iron etc. The lounge/diner has plenty of seating and the large TV also has Sky. On the lower pool level there is a further lounge area-useful for cooling off and playing indoor games.
Further details outdoors: As well as its own pool guests are also able to use a communal pool set in beautiful grounds within a 2 minute walk from our villa. Our pool is larger than average and has plenty of sun loungers and chairs. There is even an outdoor shower! The gardens are beautiful and well looked after. You can even help yourself to fruit growing on our lemon trees.
Further details
Sun & ski!! We bought this villa not just for its fantastic views but also the ability to ski one day and be on the beach the next. We've even done this at New Year!! Golf! There are a couple of courses within 15 minutes of the villa and lots more nearer Malaga.
