Rubarsal F is located on Nerja's famous Burriana Beach and is within 1 minute of the beach, shops and restaurants that are located in this area.

The apartment enjoys sea views and has a large furnished terrace that is south west facing. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, including air conditioning and satellite TV and is an ideal base from which to explore all that Nerja has to offer.

The main living area is open plan, bright and airy with a well appointed kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge.

The kitchen is fitted in solid wood with an integrated stainless steel oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and large American style fridge freezer. The kitchen area also has seating for two around a small table.

The modern lounge is very well presented with a two seater sofa and two chairs, large display units, satellite TV, stereo and lovely soft lighting. Patio doors lead onto the apartments luxurious and large terrace.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side tables, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Access can be gained to the terrace through large patio doors. Bedroom two is fitted with twin beds and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom is tiled in neutral tones and comes equipped with a bath, basin, wc and separate shower cubicle.

Although the apartment is impeccably furnished internally, it is the terrace that really sets this property aside from most of its counterparts. With ample proportions and sea views, the terrace is a haven as it is fully furnished with not only sunloungers, but a dining suite and two large comfortable sofas and coffee table. Floor to ceiling awnings can be drawn around the sofa area if required to create an entirely unique outdoor room.

Rubarsal F also benefits from underground allocated parking which can be invaluable during the summer season

The town of Nerja is located in the Spanish region of Andalucia on the Costa del Sol. Nerja has become a popular tourist resort in recent years whilst successfully avoiding the over- development and mid-summer madness which some associate some of coastal Spain. The resort is at the eastern end of Malaga province, just 50 kilometers drive from the international airport.

Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.

Visitors flock here in the summer months giving the resort a distinctly international cosmopolitan feeling. even with all this hustle and bustle the town centre keeps much of its old world charm with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses and balconies overflowing with brightly coloured bougainvillea and geraniums.

Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.

Just a note to thank the owners via you both for allowing us to holiday in their lovely apartment. It was most lovingly furnished and the owners have styled it beautifully. I could pinch some design features....very ethnic! Everything you could think of ....and more besides ! And THAT terrace!! What a wonderful idea to put sofas, rugs, mirrors , dining table, chairs, ornaments and the sun beds all outside!! We had a fantastic time watching the world go by..... and struggle up that hill opposite....I know I did! Lovely, if you did`nt fancy a trip into town, to pop downstairs and have a coffee...and mini ice-cream cornet too. Yummy! Or force a beer down! in the many bars. Plenty of nice restaurants to choose from too.Thanks again for the use of your lovely apartment. - Richardson July 09

Just to say thank you, the apartment was beautiful and we had a lovely break. I will certainly use it again and will highly recommend your company as this was the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in, our compliments to the owners. My daughter stayed in the apartment next door, as she has several times, and even she agreed it was far better laid out.
