Whether you wander around the village, visit the many attractions, or relax by the pool with its dramatic mountain backdrop, you can enjoy the real splendour of Andalucian Spain.

This property is ideally situated to enjoy the beach, the national forest, the local lakes, the mountains of SierraDelRey or the historic cities of Granada, Cordoba & Sevilla. Malaga Airport is only 30-minutes drive away.

A typical traditional Andalucian family home, yet with a modern feel, this incredibly huge house boasts 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, diner & patio to swim pool. The 18-metre roof terrace offers a 360% panoramic view of the village & hills with picturesque beauty all around... simply breathtaking!

The house has been lovingly restored & updated to blend modern living with a Andalucian/Moroccan feel. The front of the house boasts a large Front Lounge, plenty of living space for large groups. In the centre of the house there is a small outdoor Courtyard. Tiled in the Moroccan style, it is a still, meditative area. The adjourning Kitchen leads onto a Dining Area & Back Lounge that opens up to the outdoor heated Swimming Pool & rear Patio with 4 sun-beds & 6 patio chairs. There is another small Terrace on the 1st floor, before reaching the vast Roof Terrace. There are 5 Bedrooms, all upstairs: 2 x Double, 1 x KingSize (en suite), 2 x Twin (one en suite) & there are 2 Cots available for babies. Two other Bathrooms, one upstairs & one downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons, including Dishwasher, Washing machine & Microwave. Free on-street Car Parking. High-speed Internet access available for small extra charge.

The Costa del Sol region

We want our Riogordo Villagehouse to be a sanctuary for visitors, but equally important is its easy access to the rest of Andalucía (see www.Andalucia.com), with its sandy white beaches, impressive touristic towns, amazing mountains & beautiful countryside. The nearest beach Torre Del Mar is 25km away, while the popular coastal town of Nerja is approx 40km by road. Malaga town-centre is only 15km away, & there is a 20min bus ride to get there that leaves the village 3 times a day. National parks, forests, lakes & mountains are all within 20mins drive or less, whilst the historical cites of Ronda, Granada, Cordoba & Sevilla are all nearby & easy to get to.

The Nerja area

The house is located in the centre of the peaceful & relaxing Riogordo touristic village. Within quick walking distance are all the facilities & amenities that you will need: restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, mini-supermarkets, tourist office etc.

"My friends and I loved our stay at this house, clean, comfy and tidy, everything that says in the description. The pool/patio area is great to listen to music at night by the pool, and also the roof terrace. The kitchen and dining rooms are very sociable, we had some lovely meals in the house, with longs chats while drinking Rioja wine. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the area, good location for exploring inland Andalucia, as there are lovely villages within a short driving distance - it's good to have a car. The village is a traditional Spanish village with some nice places to eat, the villagers are very friendly. I would recommend it to all my friends and family, it's a great place for a group holiday.
