About the home

This modern luxury newly built villa offers extremely comfortable holiday accommodation to a high standard over three floors. There is air conditioning to all bedrooms, games room and lounge diner.

On arrival at the property there is one private off road parking space and a private garage that is operated by remote control. It is through the garage that access to the property is gained, there is also the main door which is on the next floor down. The property is alarmed and has a intercom system.

The upper floor which is accessed from the street via the garage contains the master suite. Here you will find a large master bedroom complete with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, 32 inch flat screen television and it's own free to air Sky system, a en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath with shower over, a separate shower enclosure, twin hand basins, bidet and w.c. Here there is also a large walk-in wardrobe. Off the bedroom are double doors leading to a large terrace with table and chairs on.

Going downstairs the next floor offers a large lounge diner with a 50 inch flat screen television, free to air Sky, Hi-Fi and surround sound. Two sets of French doors lead out on to the large terrace, furnished with table & chairs it offers fabulous views over the pool and garden and then further over the national park and Nerja. A fully fitted kitchen comes with granite work surfaces and the following fully integrated units: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, and dishwasher. there is a breakfast table with chairs overlooking the garden. On this floor there is also a guest w.c.

Going out of the front door to the right there is a separate suite with twin beds and a en-suite shower room ideal for teenagers or grandparents. To the right there is an independent laundry room.


The bottom floor leads you to a further guest w.c, family shower room, three further bedrooms, the games room and access to the swimming pool area. There is one en-suite double bedroom, a good sized double room and good sized twin room all have fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps and tables. The family shower room comes with a shower enclosure, hand basin and w.c. The games room has a pool table, PS2, 50 inch plasma TV, with free to air Sky and surround sound. It also has 2 sofas one converting into a double bed.


Externally there is extensive terracing, a private swimming pool with localised shower, w.c., garden kitchen with a fridge and BBQ. The views from the rear terraces and garden are magnificent. Looking down through national park to the coastline of Nerja and the Mediterranean sea.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol has a sunny warm climate, Nerja especially has over 300 days of sunshine per year, and winters are generally pleasant and sunny. It is an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful and cultural cities of Andalucia, all within 1-2 hours drive - Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Gibraltar. Granada has the lovely Generalife to visit next to the Alambra.

The Nerja area

Nerja is one of the few areas of the Costa Del Sol which has retained its charm and although busy and bustling with tourists it is a vibrant yet pretty and unspoilt Spanish Town. There is a busy schedule of fiestas and saints days to keep the Balcon de Europa.

One hour north brings you to Granada and the highest European ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
Where you are practically guaranteed sunshine throughout your stay. There is a good variety of runs for beginners through to experts.
