Home description
Capistrano playa is a complex of about 120 self contained houses and apartments designed to give the appearance of a traditional Andalucian village. It is built on each side of a valley which extends down to Burriana Beach. There is a communal swimming pool for the use of residents and a bar and restaurant on the site. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a South facing balcony of about 20 sq.m. with stunning beach views.
There are many local restaurants, bars, bistros and cocktail lounges specialising in local and international cuisine. The centre of Nerja is just 15 minutes walk and can be reached through the tropical gardens then along the beach or via a zig zag path.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol enjoys one of the best climates in Europe with plenty of sun in the winter months.
The historic Alhambra can be easily reached in about an hour and the skiing resort of the Sierra Nevada is only a further half hour drive.
Closer to Nerja, the typical Andalucian village of Frigiliana with traditional whitewashed houses and winding cobbled streets is only 5km away.
Nerja / Burriana area
Burriana is the main beach in Nerja but there are several others which have a special charm, some of which include locals living in small quaint houses right on the beach.
A visit to the caves is a must. Visitors cannot fail to be impressed by some of the world's largest stalagmites and stalagtites.
If you are lucky enough to stay at mid-summers night then you will catch the festival of San Juan when people come from miles around to camp on the beaches on the shortest night of the year.
