This is a typical Spanish style, detached villa with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished throughout with rich wood and leather furniture, soft voiles and white marble flooring. The accommodation additionally has a large roof terrace with a hot tub and cocktail bar, plus a covered patio accessed from the living room. The open plan living room and dining area lead into the kitchen and utility room.
Wifi internet access is available at the nearby hotel, a 2 minute walk and a lovely terrace to enjoy a drink and check emails.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is a delightful Mediterranean haven. The sub-tropical climate boasts all year sunshine, with 13kms of beaches and the backdrop of the impressive Almijara Mountains and National parkland. Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has grown with the tourist industry and is a perfect base, from which to explore the best of Andalucia.

The local, whitewashed villages are worth a visit to sample traditional produce and crafts. Nerja / Maro area
Coast/Beach Maro has several secluded coves with beaches to explore. The largest beach in Nerja is Burriana and is 1km away and also has a extensive range of international bars and restaurants.
Golf Situated at Caleta de Vélez, Baviera Golf is a 20 minutes drive from Maro and has direct access from the A7 Motorway.
Skiing The Sierra Nevada ski resort is 2 hrs travelling from Nerja. This resort offers activities for non-skiers too.

Further details indoors: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, matching bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and leads into the en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms: The en suite bathroom has a good sized bath/shower over, whilst the other bathroom has a fitted shower cubicle.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a combined gas and electric hob, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and crockery for 6 people.
Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine, an overhead retractable washing line and plenty of space for storage of the extra fold-up beds.
Living Rooms: The living room has 2 leather suites and a real-flame gas fire. Leading into the dining area there is a large, round dining table with 6 high backed chairs and glass mosaic chandelier.
Other: All rooms have over head fans for the summer and extra portable oil filled radiators for the bedrooms during the winter months.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels (plus beach towels) and linen are included in the rental cost and extra linen or cleaning services are available on request.
Further details outdoors: Children and pets are welcome and the property is gated and secure. The property is non-smoking but there are patio and terrace areas outside.
