Home description
Near Nerja town (2km) and only 3km away from Costa del Sol beaches we find this nice holiday house, in a private estate of 2.600m2. When we arrive we find a nice entrance grille which lets us appreciate this excellent location and the care which has been given to this place. Following a path with rosebushes and other garden plants we get to the house, arranged in three levels. It has a nice covered porch with a spacious garden area and grass, and a picnic area where we can eat open air enjoying the environment.
The swimming pool, partly surrounded by grass, is looked after during the whole year so we can go for a dip when the weather is good. From here we have beautiful views of the surroundings planted with avocado pears with the blue Mediterranean Sea as background.
Comfort is the main feature of the house interior. It has two fully equipped kitchens, one for each floor. It has quality rustic furniture and in the bedrooms the light fills all the space to make them even cosier. They are decorated with taste and they have quality linen.
Nerja, famous for its Cueva de las Maravillas among other things, is a nice coastal town, lively and touristy. Between Almuñecar and Nerja we can visit Los Acantilados de Maro-Cerro Gordo Natural Park, 12km long which enter 1 mile in Alboran Sea.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Good communications highway provides power to move the flagship cities of Andalucia: Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Ronda, and so on. In Nerja, since January (the day of San Anton) begin and end their holiday with the end of the year: Cruces de Mayo, Noche de San Juan (June), Virgen del Carmen (July), Festival de la Cueva de Nerja (July and August), The Wonders (September), etc. The Picasso Museum, Route Mudejar or the festivities of the Montes de Malaga could be another added attraction to our vacation.
