About the home

The main Villa is set on two floors,in the downstairs area the lounge area is large and well furnished, there is a dining area with seating for six people, a fully fitted kitchen and a cloakroom(that includes a shower). This area has one air conditioning unit. Upstairs the master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom is a twin, again with fitted wardrobes, both these rooms have an air conditioning unit, and then there is a full bathroom with shower over the bath.

The lounge has French doors in two places onto a balcony area that has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, the bedrooms also both have French doors onto a further balcony with lovely views.

The garden apartment is set out as a very large studio, there is a bathroom with shower over the bath, twin beds, a fully fitted kitchen and large dining table that seats six, plus a small seating area with wicker furniture.

There should be wifi internet access in most of the property.

The internet access is a plus for those who need to work on holiday or just to keep in touch with home while you are away.

The air conditioning is also invaluable in the high season it can be difficult to sleep etc. But this is in the main Villa only, the garden apartment only has moveable fans.

Plus all the modern amenities of a dishwasher, large American washing machine and dryer, a real home from home.

Further details outdoors:
To enter the house from the rear there is a parking area, not private but usually no problem to park.

There is a small garden area, with a lemon tree, if in season feel free to use them for your drinks or cooking.

The apartment is just beyond the garden and to reach the main Villa there is a flight of approx. 10 steps.

We rent in periods of 7 nights and these are priced per season, we have three seasons, low, mid & high.
We ask for a damage deposit of 100 sterling this is refundable depending on how the property is left.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol and Malaga area has been known as a holiday hot spot for many years, firstly just being know for cheap package holidays, sun, sea & sangria etc. Today it is much more, the people, the culture and the historical buildings and of course the beaches, shopping & gastronomy.
Visit the city of Malaga birthplace of Picasso, for the cathedral, the shopping etc.
Visit Granada for the Alhambra Palace and the skiing in Sierra Nevadas.
Visit Gibraltar for a little piece of the UK in Spain.

The Nerja / El Capistrano Village area

Nerja once a small fishing village, but now a holiday resort with something for everyone. Ideal for a family holiday, or a couples holiday, lots of beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and the famous caves.

Capistrano is classed as a village in it's own right, there are a couple of restaurants, a bar and a supermarket plus the community swimming pools. Close by there is a tennis club and the main sports stadium in Nerja, with it's indoor swimming pool, gym facilities etc. all at reasonable prices.

Fly to Malaga airport, from the UK there are many low cost carriers eg. Easy Jet, Jet 2, BMI Baby, Monarch etc. etc. Other countries will have their own low cost companies. If you can't fly there are ferries to Northern Spain and then a 12 hour drive to the south.

We did hear the doorbell a few times but by the time we got there you must have gone! Sorry we missed you.



The villa was fantastic! We had no problems at all other than the fact we had to leave to come home. It really was everything we could have possibly needed.



We hope to re-book for New Year but will be in touch nearer the time, when we have arrangements agreed with family and friends.
