The climate is warm all year round on Cortijo San Rafael ranging from 12c in winter upto 30c in summer.
The villa is sat between the whitewashed hillside village of Frigliana and 5 minutes to the coast at Nerja. The caves of Nerja, National parks and many beautiful beaches are all close by.
Nerja / Frigiliana Road area
The famous Nerja caves are only just over 1km away and well worth a visit. There is a great waterpark for the kids with fabulous cafes/bars for adults. Frigiliana market is fantastic for local veg,spices and many Chilean produce.
Many festivals occur during the year but the easter festival is spectacular.

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and with telephone entry and security alarm system is private and secure.

Smokers are asked to keep to outdoor areas. Pets are welcome but not on the furniture and beds.
Conditions
Guests are asked to leave by 10a.m and arrival time is after 4p.m.
A deposit of 25% is asked for when booking by bank transfer or cheque. The property will not be classed as booked until a full deposit is received. The full balance wil be required 2 months prior to departure plus a 200 euros breakage deposit which will be refunded once the villa has been checked-10 days after the last day of the holiday.
For bookings less than 2months before departure the full amount will be required.
