About the home

Apartment 401 is very perfectly situated for all the amenities that Nerja has to offer. It is situated on the 4th floor with a lift and has views towards the mountains and sea from its terrace. The apartment block has a communal pool with plenty of garden which over looks the cliffs and beach below in which to sit and relax.

The apartment is furnished with a double bed settee and twin beds in the bedroom. The bathroom is en suite to the bedroom.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment has a terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs with fabulous views to the mountains and down the coast towards La Herrandura. There is a beautiful and private communal pool and garden area which over looks the sea, mountains and the beach below. There is a limited secure parking area for the block but plenty in the approach road. However, due to the close proximity to all amenities a car is not essential.

The communal pool is usually open all year around.

Conditions

A breakage/key deposit is required of £50 payable with the deposit and is refunded on receipt of safe return of keys and check out.

Nerja boasts the best climate in the whole of Europe with moderate temperatures all winter and hot sunny weather guaranteed during the summer months.

The Nerja area

Nerja Caves which is within the top 5 tourist attractions in Spain, Spanish White Villages including Frigilana, Maro. Granada with its Alhambra Palace and skiing in the winter, Seville, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach with many trips available all year around. Nerja itself can offer a good selection of water sports including scuba diving and has many historical attractions such as the viaduct, oxen and quaint streets which all lead to the Balcon de Europa. Nerja celebrates many festivals through out the year including Easter, 3 Kings at the beginning of January and an amazing Mardi Gras type carnival in February.

Malaga Airport is approx 50 minutes from Nerja and can be reached either by hire car, taxi or public transport. For further details regarding transfers please ask. Malaga is very well served by many airlines from most UK airports including Easyjet, Monarch, BMI Baby, Ryan Air and Jet 2.com. Granada Airport is approx 1.5 hours away and is served by Ryan Air and Monarch.
