The apartment enjoys west-facing views over the Mediterranean sea and an attractive plaza area of restaurants and gardens. You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, sitting on the balcony, watching the world go by.
The apartment is set in the Fuentes de Nerja private complex which is peaceful and well kept, and renowned for being the best run complex in Nerja.
This area is now more popular than that of Burriana Beach, with the added advantage of being only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike.
The Fuentes development is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with fountains and a large communal pool surrounded by grass. The apartment block is 3 stories high and is served by lifts and ramps, making it suitable for children, the elderly and the disabled.

The accommodation is made up of a twin master bedroom, a second twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Kitchen facilities include cooker, oven, microwave and washing machine. The spacious dining/lounge opens out onto a comfortable west -facing terrace, where you will enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, and spend many happy hours gazing over and an attractive plaza area of restaurants and gardens as well as taking in the magnificent sea views. This apartment complex enjoys a magnificent swimming pool and is just 50 yards from 2 clean and safe beaches. There is an abundance of good bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as some excellent shopping. Walking to Nerja town centre takes 4 minutes.
Parking: There are several municipal car parks and lots of on-street parking close the apartment. However, on-street parking spaces can be difficult to find during the summer months. There is one secure parking space available in the underground car park for a small additional charge. Please ask for details with your booking enquiry.
A deposit is required at time of booking. Balance paid on arrival.
Changeover day is strictly Saturday, except during winter months.
From April to October please don't ask for stays other than 1,2 or 3 weeks.

The area of Andalucia (also spelt Andalusia) is well-served by golf courses, marinas and all types of leisure facilities plus six hundred kilometres of sandy beaches and huge unspoiled natural areas with an extraordinary range of flora and fauna.
Andalucia is said to have the best year round climate in the world making outdoor pursuits such as golf, walking, riding and mountain bicycling popular with locals and visitors alike, and these are well-catered for throughout the area.
For an authentic taste of Andalucian rural life there are many delightful coastal towns and inland villages to explore. The tradition of watching the world go by from a pavement café or tapas bar remains a popular ways to pass the time.
The city of Malaga is the capital of the province, a charming city with leafy avenues and excellent shopping.
Food lovers will relish the many culinary treats typical of the area and on the coast you will find the finest fresh fish and seafood available in abundance.
Fuentes de Nerja consists of 3 blocks of 2 bedroom apartments, all served by lifts and access ramps. It is a well maintained, gated community and has around 50% Spanish and Northern European full time residents. This means that it is not solely a holidaymaker location; people live in this community as well. This has the advantage of making it one of the best run communities in Nerja. It is always clean, tidy and peaceful and not seething with noisy revellers.
If you want a busy nightlife with lots of action, then this apartment is not for you. Nerja is not a good resort for young revellers. I seek clients who will respect the accommodation and our neighbours.
If you want a very peacful summer holiday with no noise at all then you should not book accommodation in a Spanish town. Spain comes to life in the long summer evenings and both the Spanish and the holiday makers enjoy good food, wine and conversation in the many local bars and restaurants.
