The house has a very modern finish to it, and is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen, living and dining area are all open plan, and have two sets of sliding doors which open right out onto the spacious, south facing terrace area. Fantastic sea views from inside the property.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 Doubles & 1 twin.
Master bedroom with Super King size bed, en suite bathroom and private terrace with sea views;
2 further bedrooms, one is a double and the other has 2 single beds (ceiling fans in both) with shared family bathroom;
All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and draw space and mirrors.
Air Conditioning/heating in living room, master bedroom and games room;
Separate w.c.; additional shower room adjacent to games room with pool table and bar; laundry room with new washing machine.

On the main terrace there is a separate outside dining area for 6 persons along with a super new gas BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining on balmy summer evenings. There are beautiful new sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine.
Retractable sun blinds to shelter from the heat of the day. Private cul de sac for parking, and safe access to gardens and communal pool area. Lovely, quiet location.
There is a selection of beach equipment - parasols, lilos, boogie boards, buckets and spades etc. for your (or your childrens enjoyment!)
There are sunbeds and umbrellas by the communal pool for use of residents and their guests.
Entrance to secure private parking via a road with private entrance barrier.

The Andalucia region
Whilst the Mediterranean Sea bathes the Malaga coastline, the Malaga Mountains close ranks behind to form a barrier of peaks that protects the city from the cold, whilst the regulating effect of the sea ensures the area its characteristic mild temperatures. The hottest months are July and August and the coldest are usually December and February, when the average temperatures vary between a maximum of 22.8ºC and a minimum of 13ºC.
Whether during the week or at the weekend, there is a wide range of theatre shows, musical concerts, exhibitions and conferences to choose from in Malaga and the surrounding areas. Theatres, concert halls and exhibitions and art galleries , amongst others, offer a cosmopolitan and modern range of national and international cultural activities.
Various other centres of interest are all close by, whether you take a drive to the west where you will find Marbella, Estepona and the famous Puerto Banus for a spot of shopping, sightseeing or lunch. There are some great shops in the area, be it in central Malaga or at one of the many shopping centres dotted along the costa, in particular La Cañada in Marbella - only an hour´s drive from Torrox if you take the toll road. The costa is a golfer´s paradise with an array of courses including El Chaparral in Mijas Costa and Baviera Golf only 15 minutes from the property.
Alternatively if you drive to the east, you will come across La Herradura - The Horseshoe, a lovely enclave with a paseo and some fabulous beach restaurants - and then onto the historical town of Salobreña.
There really is something for everyone in the Malaga area.
The beautiful city of Granada is only just over an hour´s drive away, and in the winter months this means that you can be skiing in the Sierra Nevadas for a day trip or a stopover. Day passes are 41 Euros in the high season.
Panorama Beach is a new urbanisation of only 20 town houses, located within the ever popular existing urbanisation Torrox Beach Club. The beach club benefits from its excellent location, midway between Nerja and Torrox Costa in the area of El Peñoncillo, just a 5 minute drive to either of the 2 areas. There is also a regular bus service to and from Nerja and Torrox. A taxi costs just 10 Euros to Nerja.
Panorama Beach is just a short walk 100 metres across the road to several fantastic "chiringuitos" beach restaurants. These serve excellent local freshly caught fish, paella and salads, sangria etc. and are perfect for either a long, lazy lunch or dinner. These are ideal for all the family as the children can play safely on the beach and there is no need to take the car.
Nerja and its many attractions, and charm - quaint streets and abundance of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes is only 10 minutes away. There is much to see including taking a stroll down the Balcon De Europa, visiting the famous Nerja caves, or relaxing on the paseo at Burriana Beach. A trip up to the award winning white washed village of Frigiliana is only 6km inland, and just a 10 minute drive or bus journey.
