Home description

La Noria is a small quiet community on the outskirts of Nerja with a popular local restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away; with the town and beaches only 1.5Km away.

The Villa is ideal for BOTH families & COUPLES looking for plenty of space as you will have access to the GATED communal pool (has showers & toilet) and TENNIS COURT! both less then 40 metres away plus your private pool.

The Villa has a lounge that is large and bright, with brand new furnishings, Flat screen TV with DVD player with UK Satellite TV, wall-mounted Hi-Fi unit, Log burning fireplace, plus two comfortable sofas.

As it is open-plan, the dining area has seating for 6 people and is adjacent to the French doors leading onto a small balcony overlooking the private pool.

With the living rooms upstairs you can enjoy the luxury of having sea and mountain views from most of the windows; there is also a washroom on this level.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor all with ceiling “Quiet run fans” plus fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a King-size bed +LCD TV and boasts the luxury of a large en-suite bathroom with bath and "rain water" shower and a security safe.

The 2 other bedrooms can be converted to sleep either twin beds (hotel quality with quilted mattresses) or made up to large double beds depending upon your requirements .

Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa;Here again there is a large table and chairs, BBQ area, and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.

The Villa is modern and comes with a fully fitted kitchen;

Throughout it has the same theme with up to date fittings including even both major bathrooms fitted with hairdryers.

Nerja / La Noria area

Nerja is conveniently situated and readily accessible, just 50 km from Malaga and its international airport.
Nestling in the foothills of the mountains the town has a thriving tourist industry. There are many small shops, bars and restaurants, and a wonderful all year round climate and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corners of the town.
The famous 'Balcon de Europa' - a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of the imposing mountains.
Nerja's most spectacular and one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions is the fascinating 'Cuevas de Nerja' (Caves of Nerja), located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as 20,000 year old paintings, pre-historic remains and the world's biggest stalactite to stalagmite formation.
Boasting 16 kilometres of beaches and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available in the area, including scuba diving and sailing.


How to get there

Fly to Malaga -Some 50 kilometres from Malaga it is around 50 minutes drive on the N340 highway.(or to Granda-about 1:15 hour away)

Taxis are available to or from the villa to town to enjoy your nights out for only approx cost of €7/9 max!.

The Villa is ideal for families or several couples looking for plenty of space:-

The fully fitted kitchen has the advantage of a built in dishwasher and modern fittings and utensils plus plastic bowels & glasses etc for the youngest members of any party for outside play!

Fitted with a Flat screen SAT TV with DVD player and music centre (with lead for iPods etc, so you can take your own music!) + through out modern new fittings and furnishings even all the beds have Pocket sprung mattresses for added comfort ,each bedroom has a quiet run fan" fitted.

It comes complete with outside safety dinner service (for around pool area) as well as a six sun beds, umbrella & chairs to relax by the villas own pool.

There is a freezer box and small beach deckchairs, mats etc that you are free to use on your visits to the beach

Further details outdoors:
Outside there is the spacious terrace that surrounds the villa.

Here again there is a large luxury table and chairs with sun awning plus a BBQ area and of course the private swimming pool with outside shower.

The property is enclosed by a high wall and secure gate with parking right outside.

You will also have access to the lovely communal pool and tennis court both of which are less then 2 minutes walk away or enjoy a stroll into town to visit maybe the
Balcon of Europe, which is great for a beer or coffee or even try some Tapas.

This property is NO SMOKING.
A car is strongly recommended, there is a bus service to the centre or a 15/20 minute walk to the nearest beach.

After a night out - a taxi back to La Noria is approx €7/8 max.

Please be aware that the property is not suitable for the very elderly or infirm or tiny toddlers requiring a stair gate.
The swimming pool (communal and private) only available from end May till October.

Large Beach/Pool towels we have made available for HIRE!! (This due to some airlines weight policy, will be delivered to the villa prior to arrival)

All linen & towels is white good "Hotel" quality, also a welcome pack can be arranged prior to your arrival if required at a small extra charget from our agent.

The price is PER WEEK not PER PERSON, the price includes full use of Pool, electric, water etc. The arrival and departure cleaning and laundry (of supplied bedding and towels) is INCLUDED for the rental term. A MIDWEEK or MID-TERM linen change is available but is an extra (approx£42.00).

(BEACH/POOL TOWELS Can be hired for a small charge to save airline baggage weight!!).

EXTRA's *Air conditioning or Heating at £48 per week* Welcome packs available.

Payment via Euro's/Pounds (or bank transfer in any other currency can be accepted).

25% deposit on booking with balance SIX weeks prior to departure.

Can I say that the photo's do not do the house justice, it really is superb - by far the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. We were particularly impressed with the quality of all the fittings and equipment - everything was what we would have expected of a home rather than the functional and disposable furnishings normally encountered.
