A very nice Apartment with wonderful views over the Torrecialla Beach (only 70 m away) and the centre of Nerja, which is also near.
The DELFIN-building is a centrally located private complex next to the Torrecilla beach. It has a large communal pool open from May to November with gardens.
A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike, and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is unspoilt by high-rise holiday development and retains its unique Andalusian character of whitewashed houses, windows with grilles, roof with two slopes etc.
Nerja is not just a summer resort; it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is in part due to the surrounding Almijara mountains with its pine-clad slopes which shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers.
Nerja boasts many small coves reached by walking the Paseo de los Carabineros from Burriana to the Balcón.
Nerja / Torrecilla Beach area
The nearest eighteen hole golf course is Baviera Golf, situated in La Caleta (Velez Málaga) only 15kms from Nerja and Añoreta Golf Club which is 30kms away in Rincón de la Victoria near Malaga city.
The Sierra Nevada is only a 2 hours drive from Nerja.
How to get there
Málaga airport to Nerja by car takes aprox. 45 mins (60kms from Málaga).
Taxis are easily available at the airport or you can take a bus from Malaga. There is an excellent bus service between Nerja and all major towns and villages.
A trip to some of the nearby villages (Frigiliana, Cómpeta, Algarrobo) which form part of the Wine Route is a must.
Granada is under 2 hours drive by car.
Cordoba, Seville and more interesting you reach between 2 and 5 hours drive.

The owner lives in Nerja and speaks English, German and Spanish. He is within reach every day.
Conditions
We do allow cats and dogs, charging a deposit of 150 €, which will be returned on the leaving day completely as long as the apartment is in good conditions and not soiled with animal hairs.
The apartment is situated on the 6th and last floor and there are two elevators available for the guests.
