About the home
Our lovely Villa has its own private car parking space. All on one level there are 2 bedrooms, the master is en suite with air conditioning is quite spacious with double doors leading onto the sunny south facing balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a separate shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. The lounge area has seating for 6 people, a lovely feature log burning fire place, a flat screen T.V. and D.V.D. player, , it has double doors leading on to the south facing balcony.
The dining room which has seating for 6 leads into the modern kitchen which has fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine. The Villa has recently been renovated . There are beautiful tropical gardens leading down to the community pools (3) including baby pool, restaurant, bar, & very well stocked shop, all just a 3 minute walk.

The Costa del Sol region
Nerja is a most beautiful place. The town retains its uniquely Spanish charactor with narrow streets & white washed houses. Well worth a visit are the Caves in Maro and the Balcon De Europa. Take a day trip to Malaga, Granada, or the Ski Resort of Sierra Nevada.
The Nerja area
It is about a 15 min walk into town , on your way you will pass the Tennis Courts which you can book by the hour. There are some lovely shops in Nerja , and after a couple of hours shopping you can relax in one of the many Restaurants around the Balcon De Europa. There are more then 300 restaurants in Nerja and they are all worth a visit.

Great Villa, spacious. Balcony on same level as the Villa and then few steps leads down to Terrace for sunbathing barbecue etc. Communal pool shared with other Villas around the development, however... more |
