This 1st floor apartment is situated in a small Spanish town called Nerja, in the area of Senorio de Capistrano, which is located above Capistrano Village, east of the town centre. The closest beach is Burriana Beach which is a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive. The main bedroom has a double bed and there are 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a big terrace with a wonderful view overlooking the Mediterranean sea, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, 28" TV with satellite channels (English), stereo/CD plus an integral garage. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The dining room includes a table which seats 6 people. There are 8 chairs with cushions, a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a bookshelf and tables. The apartment has air conditioning. Out on the terrace there is a big wooden table with six wooden chairs, two sun beds, all with cushions and there are ceiling fans in all rooms. Guests may also use the pool which is shared with some other nearby apartments.
The apartment forms part of a large 3 storey house, located in a very quiet area without any traffic. The road up to the house is brand new and is well lit with lamp posts on either side. There is also a garage available with a remote control door.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. Nerja / Senorio de Capistrano area
The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing eg. Balcon de Europa, Cueva de Nerja and it's not far to Alhambra, Sierra Nevada. It is also perfect for golfers, since there are a lot of golf courses nearby.
