This is a delightful pueblo villa in one of the prettiest villages in Nerja. It is air conditioned and heated throughout with units in the lounge and both bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. The first is a twin room having fitted wardrobes and an air conditioning unit, and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and w.c. The second is a double room also with fitted wardrobes and an air conditioning unit. It has an en suite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. This room has full length French windows which lead to the patio. There is also another room which houses a washing machine, guest w.c. and wash hand basin.
The lounge is very spacious and well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and an air conditioning unit. There is a sky cable T.V. and full size double French windows leading to the very large patio. There is a dining area off the lounge with an archway to a good size, well equipped, fully fitted wooden kitchen with microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge and all necessary kitchen equipment.
The patio is very large and has tables, chairs and sun loungers and receives sun all day, but there is shaded area if required! Steps lead up to a bright roof terrace with magnificent sea and mountain views, for true sun worshippers.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol has a sunny warm climate, Nerja especially has over 300 days of sunshine per year, and winters are generally pleasant and sunny. It is an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful and cultural cities of Andalucia, all within 1-2 hours drive - Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Gibraltar. The shopping in Malaga is brilliant.
Nerja / Oasis de Capistrano area
Nerja is one of the few areas of the Costa Del Sol which has retained its charm and although busy and bustling with tourists it is a vibrant yet pretty and unspoilt Spanish Town. There is a busy schedule of fiestas and saints days to keep the Balcon de Europa. One hour north brings you to Granada and the highest European ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Where you are practically guaranteed sunshine throughout your stay. And it is only a 2 hour drive away.

It is peaceful and safe for children and offers two swimming pools, a childs splash pool and a very good restaurant. The beautiful gardens are filled with colour and luscious greenery all year round.
