About the home

Calle Coin is a good sized three bedroom two bathroom detached villa with its own private pool situated in a quiet location which is about 20 minutes walk to the town and only 5 minutes walk down to the beach.

There is a private off road parking space at the front of the villa. The large lounge is very light and airy with comfortable good quality furniture and has just had new PVC patio doors fitted. The feature fireplace has a log effect electric fire and the T.V. receives satellite via cable, giving many English channels. There are two balconies leading from the lounge through full length French windows, overlooking the pool area. Another window gives a good view of the sea. Walk up 2 steps to the dining area which has dining table and chairs and another full length French window leading to another balcony with patio table and chairs.

From the dining area there is a feature brick archway and units forming a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully fitted with solid wood units. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, double sink, electric oven and hob.

Take the curved flight of stairs down to the three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, fitted robes and double French doors to a balcony which leads to the pool. The en suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted robes and drawers and also has full length French doors to the balcony which leads to the pool. Bedroom three has a double bed, drawers, fitted wardrobes and full length French doors to a balcony which leads to the pool.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Curved steps go down to the pool which is a good size (approx 8 x 3 mtrs) and is solar heated. There is a sink and a water supply and views to the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. From the lounge there is a curved wrought iron spiral staircase taking you to a roof terrace where you will find sun loungers and reclining chairs

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol has a sunny warm climate, Nerja especially has over 300 days of sunshine per year, and winters are generally pleasant and sunny. It is an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful and cultural cities of Andalucia, all within 1-2 hours drive - Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Gibraltar. Granada has the lovely Generalife to visit next to the Alambra.

The Nerja / Nerja Golf Area area

Nerja is one of the few areas of the Costa Del Sol which has retained its charm and although busy and bustling with tourists it is a vibrant yet pretty and unspoilt Spanish Town. There is a busy schedule of fiestas and saints days to keep the Balcon de Europa.

One hour north brings you to Granada and the highest European ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
Where you are practically guaranteed sunshine throughout your stay. There is a good variety of runs for beginners through to experts.
