Outside there is a very pleasant communal pool and the gardens and grounds are well kept. Although the sea and town are only a couple of minutes walk away, Las Fuentes is in a lovely quiet position with no traffic at all. A car is not necessary because everything is on your doorstep.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol has a sunny warm climate, Nerja especially has over 300 days of sunshine per year, and winters are generally pleasant and sunny. It is an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful and cultural cities of Andalucia, all within 1-2 hours drive - Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Gibraltar. Malaga has the lovely tropical gardens to stroll though.

Nerja is one of the few areas of the Costa Del Sol which has retained its charm and although busy and bustling with tourists it is a vibrant yet pretty and unspoilt Spanish Town. There is a busy schedule of fiestas and saints days to keep the Balcon de Europa. Especially good is the annual feria in October. One hour north brings you to Granada and the highest European ski resort of Sierra Nevada. Where you are practically guaranteed sunshine throughout your stay.

Further details indoors: Gain access to the private development through locking wrought iron gates and enter into very pleasant grounds. Take either one of the lifts or the stairs to the second floor where you will find this delightful accommodation.
The brand new separate kitchen is well fitted with wood units, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. It is very pleasantly and newly tiled giving an overall clean and fresh finish.
The lounge is of very good size with comfortable furniture, music system and T.V. receiving many English channels. There is an air conditioning/heating unit which is coin operated. 6 hours of lovely cold air or 4 hours of heat for only 1 Euro. The double French windows open onto a balcony with patio table and chairs. There are views to the sea on one side, and the mountains the other.
The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.
There are two bedrooms, the first having a twin beds that can be pushed together to make a very large double bed and fitted wardrobes with both hanging space and drawers. The en suite shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.
There is also a washing machine in this room.
