The lounge leads to an American-style, fully equipped kitchen. There is plenty of light in all the rooms and access to a spacious, south-facing terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is twin bedded. Both have windows and wardrobes. A spacious bathroom completes the apartment with bath/shower. Plenty of entertainment is provided nearby and also a local information pack full of details.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja has the best climate on the mainland of Spain. Sheltered by a breathtaking backdrop of mountains and from the cold Atlantic winds, this is the perfect place to to use as a base for so many other locations in Andalucia. Ideal for all types of holidays, from lazy beach holidays to winter and summer activity holidays. Plenty of activities are available; skiing, golf, horseriding, walking, watersports, etc... The historical city of Granada, Malaga centre, and smaller, delightful Andalusian villages like Ronda, Frigiliana, all within easy reach. The ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is 1hr and 45 mins drive away and provides superb skiing. Open December to March and a great day out regardless of whether you want to ski or not.
Nerja / Punta Lara area
On a tranquil urbanisation with views of the mountains, town of Nerja and the sea. All terraces are south facing.
Plenty of watersports and other activity sports available. Nerja has a running track and sports centre visitors can use. The Water park opens from Easter to October and the golf course are both in Vélez-Málaga, 15 minutes drive from Nerja where there is also a top standard golf course. Regular local festivals all year round, please enquire for more details.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga airport, then easy drive 45 mins along the Motorway to Nerja. We can provide directions and are available to call if any problems. The best website for lists of all airlines flting to Malaga and Granada airports is www.skyscanner.net Bus services from airport to city centre and from centre to Nerja. We recommend Zenith rent-a-car from Malaga airport. www.zenithsl.com and please mention Casas Lorca. We work with a minibus collection service to and from Nerja for Malaga and Granada airports. Granada airport is 1h 30 mins drive to Nerja. No bus service, only adviseable if reserving our minibus service or hiring a car. Again, we can provide direction and are available to call if there is a problem.
Local buses run regularly into Nerja from just outside the urbanisation Local taxis and a lovely 20-30 minute walk into centre of town.

The communal pool is open from Easter until the end of October in general but do check to be sure. There are bars and restaurants on the Urbanisation & the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive into central Nerja.
Conditions
Pets are not allowed in this property in general but do ask first as we are flexible depending upon size and noise. We send a copy of Our Terms and Conditions as well as a list of other services we offer to you upon receipt of an enquiry. We provide information packs and Alexena or Simon are always contactable for problems or assistance. We do meet and greet you and show you around the house.

These terms and conditions as well as extra services we offer are sent out to you once we receive an enquiry. We require 25% rental deposit payment upon reservation and the balance one month before arrival. We have a card facility for easy payment.
