About the home

Located within easy walking distance to the award wining Burriana Beach and providing first class accommodation and external space this property would make the ideal place to spend your holidays. There is a large side terrace with patio table and chairs and sun beds, with a large sunshade. There are fantastic views of the sea and mountains and you can also see the community pool area. At the rear of the property there is a long garden with a covered shaded terrace area. At the end of the garden there is a further terrace with a barbecue and seating.
The lounge is spacious and comfortable and open plan to the dining area. There are three bedrooms , the master is en suite, the other two share a separate bathroom and there is a further cloakroom. There are two double beds that can be separated to singles and in the third bedroom there is a set of steel bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on the top. In the lounge area ther is a modern fold out double bed settee for larger families. There is wifi access in the property, price is included.

The Costa del Sol region

You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts.

The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste.

There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive.

The Nerja / Burriana Beach area

A Nerja villa or apartment rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, el Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays.

It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike.

There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. The beaches have numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.

Although there are around 350 bars and restaurants in Nerja, it still retains its charm and genuine Spanish character.

A few kilometres east of are the famous Cuevas de Nerja with many prehistoric cave paintings and the longest stalactites in the world, many of which are 63m long.

Flights to Malaga Airport from most city Airports, via Easy jet, Monarch, My Travel Lite, RyanAir First Choice, Palmair, and British Airways.

Local Buses from Malaga to Nerja cost approximately 4 euro each.

We can arrange airport transfers on your behalf at a cost of 67 euros one way for up to four people and 105€ for up to 9 people one way.. We can also arrange car hire for you to be collected either at the airport or in Nerja.

“A lovely apartment with large outdoor terraces in a fabulous location” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Helena and would definitely recommend it to our friends. The apartment was very well equipped and was very light and spacious. Our teenage sons loved it too! The views from the 2 large outdoor terraces were lovely and it was in the perfect location - sea views and 5 minutes to both the beach and a great choice of restaurants, but still in a quiet setting. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa so nice to visit in the evening.
