New for 2009, the french windows to the terrace are folding, and can completely fold back to open up the living room to the terrace, great for summer etc. bring the outdoors, indoors.

The Costa del Sol region


Malaga and the Costa del Sol have long been famed for the climate, but try out the shopping, the local and international restaurants and the culture.
Visit Spain's first bull ring in Ronda, the famous marina in Puerta Banus (Marbella) for the people watching if nothing else, the capital city of Malaga itself also has lots to offer, the cathedral, Picasso museum, plus great shops.
It is also just 1.5 hours to Granada and the world famous Alhambra Palace.
The Nerja / Parador Area area
Nerja used to classed as a small fishing village, it's no longer this but it's not the high rise jungle of some holiday resorts, there are various beaches the main one being Burriana where you can find bar/restaurants and water sports etc. The town has a weekly market on Tuesdays and this is well worth a visit. As with all towns in Spain there are lots of fiesta days, eg. San Juan 24th June, San Isidro 15th May and the week long feria usually the 1st week in October.
This apartment in Coronado is well placed for all amenities, shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and it's approx. five minutes to Burriana beach and less than ten minutes walk to the famous Balcon de Europa.

Flights to Malaga with many low cost airlines eg Easy Jet, Jet 2, BMI baby, Monarch etc. etc.
The apartment is easy to reach from the airport, it's a drive or taxi journey of approx. 45 minutes. We can help with car hire or a taxi from the airport.
If you prefer to use public transport there is a bus from the airport every 30 minutes to Malaga Bus Station where you can pick up a bus to Nerja, they are pretty frequent up until about 22.00hrs.
