The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is a coastal town with 20,000 inhabitants, located 55 km east of Malaga airport and enjoys a superb climate all year round with temperatures rarely below 18 degrees celsius, even in winter. Nerja is a traditional lively spanish resort with a wide variety of continental restaurants to suit every taste and remains a popular base for exploring other parts of Andalucia such as Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Malaga and Ronda. Ronda is a very interesting town with a picturesque landscape and boasts the oldest bullring in all of Spain. Well worth a visit.! Granada is home to the alluring Alhambra palace with exotic gardens, a Moorish legacy which has remained since Granada was re-claimed in 1492. The famous ski resort - the Sierra Nevada can also be found only an hours drive away. The town passionatley celebrates all the spanish fiestas throughout the year and is a hotspot especially at Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Nerja / Down town Nerja area
Casa Pablo is situated close to the Balcon de Europa, once a fortress in the 9th cent,and now a beautiful Balcony overlooking the sea with impresssive views of the coast. This charming town house is only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops,restaurants. For Golf lovers there is the Baviera Golf Course, 15 mins drive away and 25 mins drive away the Anoreta Golf Course which renowned for being one of the best courses in southern Spain. There are many fiesta/cultural events throughout the year where the people of Nerja come out to the streets and celebrate "Spanish Style" The fiesta of the "Virgen del Carmen" ( 16th July ) San Juan (23rd/24th June ) Christmas and Easter are out of this world! The Nerja Caves are found 2 miles from the town, these natural archaelogical caves contain the worlds widest colums by the merge of a stalactite and stalagmite!
How to get there
There are several budget airlines that fly to Malaga Airport - Easyjet, BMI Baby, Monarch Airlines, Jet 2 and even British Airways! Nerja is a 45 minutes drive east from Malaga airport on N 340 motorway,exit Nerja 292. Reaching Nerja is easy. Taxi Fare - 60 Euros each way, local buses than run every half hour from Malaga Bus Station , Car Hire Companies - Europa Car, Crown, Hertz, Atesa and Avis

Large dining and lounge area, leading to a fabulous patio, ideal for sipping cocktails and romantic meals in the evening! There are two comfortables rooms upstairs, the Master bedroom is spacious with fitted wardrobes and a large en suite shower and bath. The twin room has an en suite with luxury shower and secluded balcony with a table and two chairs. ..idea for a romantic tete a tete. Welcome pack on arrival ( bread,milk, water and wine ) is available for 15 Euros. Hire Taxis also available on request (60 Euros each way) which can be reserved through myself. Please note that without reservation Taxis cost around 80 Euros from Malaga Airport.
