The villa is bright and very spacious. The lounge is large with French doors leading out on to the terrace area and small garden area reached by a few steps from the terrace. The rear gate leads directly to the pool area. The terrace is very private and has new outdoor furniture to relax upon. There is also a roof terrace with spectacular views of Jardines de Nerja, it's pool and gardens and the Mediterranean Sea.
The lounge has T.V, and two leather sofas, fireplace. The kitchen is big and bright with a small dining area included. The kitchen units are modern with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, oven/hob, and dishwasher. The bedrooms comprise of a double and a twin, each having a small balcony accessed by the French doors. The bathroom has bath/shower, W.C, & basin. There is a W.C and basin on the ground floor. Also an additional bed can be requested to give a maximum occupancy of 5. We have also just purchased a cot.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is a popular resort, that is easily accessible from Malaga and the international airport. There is motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling deep within the foothills of the mountains, there is the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker.
Nerja / Jardines de Nerja area
Jardines de Nerja is located within Capistrano village and has it's own car park and facilities. You can use the restaurant in capistrano village (3 minutes away) which also has an ATM, mini market.
The bus service is very regular to the beach and town.
Most people get the bus to Town in the evening and get a taxi back (around 5 Euro's), this way you get the beautiful surroundings by day as well as the nightlife of town!

Further details indoors: There is also a studio apartment with the villa which can also be rented together with the villa, which has 2 entrances one at the front and one at the back making it independent of the main villa, It also has a shower room with wc and handbasin. Ideal for a large family, teenagers who want a little independence or two separate families. Please ask for details of cost.
Further details outdoors: Jardines de Nerja is a beautiful private complex of just 30 villa's which all sgare the large gardens and communal pool.

Changeover day is flexible. Children welcome. Pets not allowed. Suitable for elderly or infirm. Wheelchair inaccessible.
A 30% deposit is required when booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before departure. Both are non-refundable and are payable by cheque or bank transfer. NB: € price may vary depending on exchange rate with Sterling.
