Next to shared swimming pool suitable for all ages. Close to the famous Burriana Beach with 1 Km of sand, water sports and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to golf courses at Baviera and Rincon de la Victoria. Walking distance to Nerja old town with a mass of small restaurants and shops in its narrow winding streets.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Nerja is one of the few remaining towns on the Costa del Sol which has not been spoilt by over develoment in recent years. It combines peace and quiet with the access to wonderful clean beachs
and a lively town.
Said to be the place "where the sun goes in winter" it provides a year round climate for holiday makers.


Nerja / Burriana/Chimenea area

For first time visitors Nerja itself with his hill village of Frigiliana will provide more than enough activities to fill a holiday.

Repeat visitors will go to Granada to see the ancient Moorish buildings and gardens of the Alhambra; may drive further into inland Spain to visit Seville; drive along the coast to the waterpark at Velez-Malaga;
may join a "Four wheel drive safari" to visit some remote hill village; or go further afield on a one day trip to Gibraltar.

Chumbera Hill is one of the most sought after holiday loactions in Nerja. All adjoining buildings are limited to a maximum height of 2 floors. The little hill offers fine views in all directions but is only an eight minute walk down to the Burriana Beach. ( Rather a longer time to walk up from the Beach when you get to my age !)
