About the home

A delightful 3 bed 2 bath south facing detached villa, just a 10 minute walk from Burriana beach. The property benefits from its own swimming pool with surrounding terrace, and a small garden with BBQ area. There is a spacious lounge with fully fitted kitchen leading off it one side and a covered terrace with an outside eating/sitting area. There is one double bedroom and walk in shower room on the ground floor and stairs leading to front door and then to second floor where there is an additional twin room and double bedroom and full bathroom. Leading off both of these bedrooms is a closed in terrace and a small sun terrace. Washing and drying machine plus freezer in cellar. There is internet access, a laptop is required, price of access is included.

The Costa del Sol region

You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent night-life on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive

The Nerja / Burriana area

The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from Burriana.
Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.
