Casa Constanza is a spacious 2 bedroom house on two levels with private garden and panoramic views of Nerja and the Mediterranean. Large, spacious and airy, it is situated in the heart of Capistrano Village near one of the three beautiful landscaped pools, restaurant and shop. This large house is the ideal property for a relaxing holiday, and is well suited for families or couples. Two large double bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge offers sleeping from 4 - 6 people.

The prices quoted for this property are for four people. However the property can accommodate six people.
If you are booking for more than four people, there will be a surcharge of €15 per week for extra linen.(Not per person).

There is a very large living area with an arch leading to the dining area, both of which have double doors leading to a large terrace, which accommodates both sun loungers and a further dining area. Stairs from this terrace lead down to the secure lawned garden which is landscaped with mature plants and trees.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Both of the spacious double bedrooms have doors leading onto the top terrace which has stunning views over the town to the sea. The view from this top terrace is magnificent and a perfect place to sit in the evening to relax and watch the sea and stars.

The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol is famous for its climate and has lots of sunny days. The Nerja area at the eastern end of the Costa is protected from adverse weather by the Alpuharra mountains. It is ideally suitable for couples with small children and mature couples, also people who enjoy relaxing beach days and walks in the countryside.
The spectacular Caves of Maro, a five minute car ride from Nerja or a 20 minute walk, are the second most visited tourist destination in Spain. The cases are so huge, concerts are regularly held in them. Nearby is the famous Pueblo Blanco (white village) of Frigiliana and a little further away, Competa
The climate is mild for most of the year and very warm in July/August.
Nerja is well situated for beach and walking holidays and is an ideal base for visiting places like Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Seville and Malaga city. Skiing is just a 90 minute drive to the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada mountains.
There are many festivals throughout the year, most famously is the festival of San Isidro which is celebrated every 15th May with a large procession through the town, led by an oxon, which makes its way up to the Caves at Maro where a celebration takes place throughout the evening. A sight not to be missed!
Nerja dates back thousands of years and this is reflected in its diverse history, from the Moors to the Romans. It is still a busy fishing village and it has developed a beautiful centre full of fine restaurants, shops and bars, There are several beaches, ranging from the quiet and undeveloped Salon beach, to the famous Burriana beach with many shops, restaurants and lots of beach activities.
The central attraction in Nerja is the Balcon de Europa with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and picturesque beach coves and a mountain backdrop. It used to be a look-out point during the Moorish invasion but now is used by locals and tourists as a very pleasant walk, especially on a warm evening.
Capistrano Village is one of the most exclusive and best kept developments in Nerja. It is themed around a traditional Spanish pueblo which gives it a unique intimacy and atmosphere with lovely communal gardens and vibrant Mediterranean plant colours. The beauty of the pueblo is that it is located on the outskirts of town so one is assured of peace and quiet yet is only a pleasant 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to town. The grounds are so beautiful that many people have wedding / occasion photographs taken here. There is a Tennis club within walking distance where you can either hire a court to play or book tennis lessons - booking in advance is recommended.
There are local markets, a Farmer's Market every Tuesday and a Car Boot Market run by the Lions International Club every Sunday. Both well worth a visit!

We rented this apartment for Oct. and Nov. 2014 at a cost of £600 pm.(Good Value), whilst there I re-booked for Oct. 2015 and was told the price would go up by 20%, this was agreed and booked in… More
This guest has totally miscalculated the figures given to him. We gave him a winter let booking for Oct Nov 2014 when the Oct price should have been full price, £1400 for that month alone. We then quoted him for October 2015, still at a reduced price of £900. However, the reason this guest has a grievance is that the property was not available for November 2015 and also not available for Spring 2016 which he wanted to book.
In respect of the property, the rent we charge reflects the fact that the house needs updating which is currently being addressed. The kitchen has new appliances and the villa has undergone a complete rewire at a cost of €3000. Portable air con is available but is not necessary in October. We feel this guest is aggrieved because he couldn't book the dates he wanted.
