The front door of the property opens into a hall area which has a cloakroom with a shower – perfect for rinsing sandy feet! The staircase leading to the roof top terrace is also accessed from the hall. The large light and airy living/dining room has 20 feet of floor to ceiling windows and doors that open out on to a large terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining. There is a TV with English programs and an MP3 Docking Station. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the necessary appliances.
Downstairs there are two large double bedrooms. The master suite has a super king sized bed, generous fitted wardrobes and a wet room with shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two twin beds, spacious fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead out on to the large lower terrace. There is a laundry room with a sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The swimming pool has been designated by the residents as a quite area where you can sit and relax and take a swim but you may not play ball games, use inflatables etc. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool area.

Day trips can be made to Seville, Alhambra Palace in Granada and Marbella which is further down the coast with its famous marina and international boutiques and shops. You can play golf at the Baveria Golf Club, fifteen minutes drive away and also at Anoreta Golf at Torre de Mar. Other sporting activities include skiing, horse riding, water sports and walking. Water World, a popular attraction is nearby at Torre del Mar.
Nerja is situated 45 minutes east of Malaga between the Sierras and Mediterranean Sea.
