Home description

This beautiful 2 bedroom house with separate self contained apartment is located in Punta Lara, a white washed , traditionally designed Urbanisation to the West of Nerja.The accommodation consists of a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a second double bedroom with twin beds and a modern bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs is an open plan lounge dining room with sea views from the patio doors. There is a modern kitchen and a second bathroom with a shower. The traditional balcony type terrace is an ideal place to sit and enjoy a drink or two ! Up a spiral staircase you will find a large roof terrace, with views of the Almijara mountains and the Mediterranean Sea , there is also a covered area for shade. You are just a short walk away from the large community pools, where you will find a small bar seving traditional Spanish food and snacks at very reasonable prices.

For larger parties the separate self-contained guest apartment can sleep 3 extra people. This is ideal for older guests with easy access from street level, no stairs and all on the one level. See additional photos.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

We are pleased to be able to offer a fine holiday villa on the Costa del Sol. With 325 days of sunshine a year this coastline really does live up to it's name.

The Costa del Sol includes about 300km of the Spanish Mediterranean coast belonging to the Provinces of Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. It is protected from the northern winds by a mountain chain which sometimes reaches down to the edge of the sea.

This privileged coast consists of a series of large beaches, coves half hidden among cliffs, sports harbours and fishing grounds. Staying in one of our villas in the Costa del Sol is the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful part of Andalusia.

The Costa del Sol is also home to world famous resorts such as Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona so you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous in the numerous bars and restaurants there.

If you enjoy sport then you will love the Costa del Sol. With a year round sunny climate the opportunities for outdoor activities are unlimited. The Costa del Sol boasts more than 40 golf clubs, the biggest concentration in mainland Europe.


Nerja / Punta Lara area

A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, el Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays.

It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike.

There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. The beaches have numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.

Although there are around 350 bars and restaurants in Nerja, it still retains its charm and genuine Spanish character.

A few kilometres east of are the famous Cuevas de Nerja with many prehistoric cave paintings and the longest stalactites in the world, many of which are 63m long.

Local Buses from Malaga to Nerja cost approximately 4 euro each
We can arrange airport transfers on your behalf at a cost of 64 euro each way or minibuses for parties up to 9 people.
We can arrange car hire for you to be collected either at the airport or in Nerja, and have preferred rates with local car hire companies.
