Home description

This apartment is located just five minutes walk from the beach, and is ideally located between Nerja and Torrox with many beach bars and restaurants along the coast, Nerja town boasting the Balcon de Europa and Torrox are a mere 5 minute drive. Local markets for the bargain hunters amongst you are held weekly in both towns there are also many excellent restaurants for eating out.

Leading from the living room and master bedroom is a spacious balcony with stunning views of the sea, watch the occasional fishing boat sail by and look out for dolphins who particularly like this stretch! (binoculars are available in the apartment) the balcony is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco, and sunloungers.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The region boasts a sub tropical climate averaging 320 sunny days per year!
There is something for everyone here, excellent weather for lazy days on the beach, for the golfers there are many golf courses to choose from, The waterpark at Velez Malaga is a real hit with the kids., and during the winter months a 2 hour drive will get you to Sierra Nevada for skiing


Nerja / Ladera del Mar area

In the heart of the town is the spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains.

There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and you can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corners of the town, there is the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish.

Nerja's most spectacular attraction is undoubtedly its fascinating caves, located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as paintings over 20,000 years old and other pre-historic remains. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
