This very modern apartment is on the first floor and furnished to a high standard. There are both sea and mountain views from the sun drenched South West facing terrace. Both bedrooms have patio doors to access the terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs for out door dining. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and there is a shower room as well. The kitchen has a small breakfast table and is fully equipped. The large community pool is an ideal place to cool off on those hot Summer days, or you can stroll down to the Blue Flag Beach at Burriana and enjoy all the facilities there !

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. Nerja / Burriana area
The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana. Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children
