This pretty two bedroom, one storey villa is located in Punta Lara, approx 2.5 km from the centre of Nerja and the Balcon de Europa. Ideal for a group of friends or family the villa benefits from a private swimming pool and garden. There is a covered terrace for outdoor dining. The Master bedroom is en suite and benefits from air-con. There is cable TV with English TV channels and Sky Sports 1.
The property is located a short walk away from the Playazo beach where you will find several traditional Spanish restaurants and bars offering good food at reasonable prices. Nearer to the Villa you will find a couple of bar/restaurants located close to the large communal pools

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
We are pleased to be able to offer a fine holiday villa on the Costa del Sol. With 325 days of sunshine a year this coastline really does live up to it's name. The Costa del Sol covers about 300km of the Spanish Mediterranean coast belonging to the Provinces of Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. It is protected from the northern winds by a mountain chain which sometimes reaches down to the edge of the sea.
This privileged coast consists of a series of large beaches, coves half hidden among cliffs, sports harbours and fishing grounds.
The Costa del Sol is also home to world famous resorts such as Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona so you can rub shoulders with the rich and famous in the numerous bars and restaurants there.
If you enjoy sport then you will love the Costa del Sol. With a year round sunny climate the opportunities for outdoor activities are unlimited. The Costa del Sol boasts more than 40 golf clubs, the biggest concentration in mainland Europe.
Nerja / Punta Lara area
A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays.
It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy – a favourite with children and parents alike.
There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. One of the most popular being the ‘Burriana Playa’ with its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and sea food cooked over charcoal and not forgetting the national dish "Paella".
Although there are around 350 bars and restaurants in Nerja, it still retains its charm and genuine Spanish character.
A few kilometres east of Nerja are the famous "Cuevas de Nerja" (Caves) with many prehistoric cave paintings and the longest stalactites in the world, many of which are 63m long.
How to get there
Flights to Malaga Airport from most city Airports, via Easy jet, Monarch, My Travel Lite, Excel Airways, Openjet, First Choice, Palmair, and British Airways. Local Buses from Malaga to Nerja cost approximately 4 euro each We can arrange airport transfers on your behalf at a cost of 65 euro each way or minibuses for parties up to 9 people. We can arrange car hire for you to be collected either at the airport or in Nerja, and have preferred rates with local car hire companies.
