This penthouse apartment, situated just a stroll from the beach and centre of Nerja, enjoys spectacular views over the sea and the Almijara mountains.

The flat has recently been refurbished and has been furnished in a modern contemporary style, with comfortable sofas, MP3 docking station, TV and English satellite etc.It also boasts and eating area for friends and family to congregate, together with a compact kitchen with all mod cons. The 2 spacious bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and provide ample storage and overlook the skyline of Nerja.

With its private and exceptionally spacious roof terrace, you can relax with a good book and a glass of Rioja,

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is very temperate and has its own micro climate giving plesent conditions throughout the year.
Scattered down the coast sanwiched between the mountains and the sea are numerous whitewashed spanish villages and towns like Competa, Alcaucin Comares and Granada. Granada also boasts a ski resort( 1.5 hours drive away)
Malaga is a vibrant city and was thebirth place of Picasso, where museums etc celebrating this can be found.
Further down the coast can be found Marbella, Puerto Banus and onto Gibraltar.

The Nerja / Torrecilla Beach area

Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.

Nerja is at the eastern end of the Costa Del Sol and is reached via a fast toll free motorway from Malaga.(N340) Malaga is serviced by numerous aitlines from most International airports within the UK.

“Large apartment with fantastic Balcony in great Location.” Greated by the land owner on day one with the keys who had left wine cheese and bread for our arrival which was really appreciated as we arrived in late at night. 2 Large double bedrooms with clean sheets and plenty of pillows. Bathroom had enough towels to last a month Large Roof top terrace was great for relaxing as the sun went down. Aparmtment is close to all amenities including supermarket, caffes and restaurants and its a short 5 mins walk to the beach, not one of the best beaches in Nerja but the next best beach is just under 10 minutes walk. Deposit back in our account within 3 days of our return to home Highly recommend this property
