This detached villa is located in a quiet urbanisation and is extremely private. This area is near the centre of Nerja town centre and the Balcon De Europa and just over a km from Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout offering comfort and space. This really is a home from home.
There is a spacious open plan lounge complete with new leather sofas offers all the luxury mod-cons including a 37" plasma screen TV, DVD player, cinema surround sound system, SKY TV with several channels, air-conditioning, internet access, WIFI and telephone access if needed.
The dining area is open planned and has seating for 8, the kitchen boasts marble work tops and breakfast bar, a Belfast double sink, large fridge freezer, SMEG gas cooker and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a wealth of cooking utensils including a juicer and blender and is the ideal place for a family dinner.
From the lounge there is a 3 metre folding patio door leading to a covered terrace with wicker loungers and table, an ideal spot to enjoy al fresco dining.
There is terracing around the whole property including a BBQ area and another table and chairs which benefits from a folding awning so you can have sun or shade.
The large swimming pool 8m x 4m has a slide and a covered terrace area adjacent and sun loungers with a large shaded area for welcome break from the sun.
The roof terrace off the lounge has 360 degree views to the mountains and sea. The large lawned garden at the bottom of the villa is ideal for your children to run around while you relax and equipped with swings and other outdoor games. There is a herb garden and lemon tree for you to use should you wish.
The villa is enhanced by a selection of large pot plants and shrubs, and plenty of areas ideal for lazy afternoons in the shade with a glass of wine. This property has all the comfort you may expect from a perfect home.

Nerja / Burriana/Chimenea area
Unrushed and informal, this picturesque, whitewashed fishing village is backed by stunning mountain scenery and is ideal for lots of souvenir shopping and exploring. The tiny, twisting streets have shops catering for all tastes and the town is strong on cafe-life, with friendly spots to sit and enjoy a morning café con leche. The Moorish-style architecture adds an attractive touch and if you want some dramatic views, the Balcon de Europa is a wide, palm-lined promenade that will take you out to sea above two of the town's sandy coves. By night the pace speeds up somewhat and you will be faced with excellent waterfront restaurants as well as lively tapas bars. If you ever want to venture further afield, then Nerja's famed underground caves are a nearby tourist hotspot and make a spectacular sight.

Flights to Malaga Airport from most city Airports, via Easy jet, Monarch, My Travel Lite, Excel Airways, Openjet, First Choice, Palmair, and British Airways. Local Buses from Malaga to Nerja cost approximately 4 euro each We can arrange airport transfers on your behalf at a cost of 64 euro each way or minibuses for parties up to 9 people. We can arrange car hire for you to be collected either at the airport or in Nerja, and have preferred rates with local car hire companies.

Further details indoors: The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of an entrance stable door through to a large galley kitchen which leads through to the open planned dining room and lounge. There is a twin bedroom off the dining room and two further double bedrooms off the lounge. The double bedroom has a ceiling fan, full fitted wardrobes, a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom.
There is a 2nd full bathroom.
The master bedroom is again a king size double bedroom fitted with a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes.
There is a beautiful conservatory off the master bedroom which doubles as a play room and is equipped with a new sofa bed to sleep 2 people acting as a 4th bedroom.
Further details outdoors: Outside the 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces. There is a welcome shade area by the swimming pool for the hottest part of the day. Sunbeds are provided.
The terracing and garden is south facing which means you get to take advantage of the sun all day and evening.
There is a wealth of terraces around the villa which give you plenty of places to relax in peace.
The lawned garden is at the bottom and completely enclosed and safe for young children. As this villa is detached you have complete privacy.
