The apartment has exceptionally large terraces both front and back which allows sun from early morning on one side and sun until sun set on the main terrace. The terraces and the inside could easily cope with a large family of all ages or even 2 families wishing to share. The outside gardens have a play area with the usual swings and slides as well as Paddle tennis courts. The swimming pool is very large and has a full time life guard when it is open in May to October. (It also opens for the Easter period). The entire complex is secured by high fencing and electric gates. The apartment itself has security gates on its windows and doors.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Calete de Velez is the nearest beach/ Port to Baveria Golf. It is a pictureque marina with a few small restaurants and has a promenade that will take you into the town of Torre del Mar. In the opposite direction from Calete de Velez you will find the villages of Algarobbo, Mesquitella all having having walk ways that are right on the beach. Torrox Casta is further towards the beautiful town of Nerja which is about 15 -20 minutes depending if you take the coast road or the motorway. The mountain village of Frigliana and the caves of Nerja are a 'must visit'. The climate is delightful with sunshine throughout most of the year.
Nerja / Baviera Golf area
Fishing, Sailing, Watersports, Karting, Cycling, Hill walking, Horseriding are all available in the general area. A large shopping centre of Elinigio with numerous high street shops like Zara, Mango Dunne Stores,etc is a 5 minute drive away. This complex also has an English Cinema, restaurants and bars. Also here you will kind the biggest supermarket in the area that sells everything in the line of fresh food and wines. Next to here is one of the best waterparks in the area. It is open in the high season from early morning or you can opt for an afternoon at a discount price. The towns along the coast have their own Market Day. Calete on a Saturday. Torre del Mar on a Thursday. Algarobbo on a Wedensday. Nerja on a Tuesday. They are mostly selling the same thing but are worth a visit. The restaurants are varied but fish is their speciality. Fresh sardines are cooked on the beach and then served on the restaurants terraces. All finds of fish that are very expensive can be eaten at a fraction of the cost. For lunch the ' Menu of the day' costs about €8 which is three course and amazing value for money. Many of the towns have their own carnivals that last about a week in the summer time. At the end of July Torre del Mar have theirs and it should not be missed. It starts in the evening at about 9 and goes on until the earlier hours of the morning. The most wonderful fun park and a kids paradise is who I best describe it.
How to get there
Nearest airport is Malaga - 30 minutes, Saville and Granada can also be considered both of which are about 1-2 hours drive. Renting a car is recommended although not necessary. A local Taxi / Car hire firm can pick you up at the airport, drive you to Calete de velez, where you take over the rented car and they do the same for your return to the airport. The usual car hire firms like Crown Car Hire, Europa Car Hire, Hertz etc can be found in the floor underneath Arrivals. Booking for high season is recommended. Taxis can be found outside arrivals hall and you should agree a price before using them. Buses from airport to Malaga city leave every few minutes and from there to Calete/ Torre del Mar leave every 1/2 hour. Buses cost about €8.00.

Further details indoors: The lounge is above average size and has patio doors out to the main terrace. A long hallway services the bedrooms giving lots of privacy. Both bathrooms are full sige.
Further details outdoors: Very large terrace to the swimming pool side has sun all afternoon until sunset. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and a large dining table gives an ideal setting for family meals. There is an electric grill on a butcher block which can be used if you did not feel like lighting the barbacue, The terrace on the other side has sun in the morning and a great place to have breakfast as it is right beside the kitchen. A further idential apartment is available next door. The apartments will be cleaned before arrival and all linen and towels are provided.
