Located just 100 metres from shop, restaurants, bars and the best pool on the Costa del Sol, on the outskirts of the town of Nerja often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Set in fantastic gardens with all the amenities you would love to have for that great and well earned holiday.
Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, it is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The lower terrace is secluded and perfect for all day sunbathing, it has a hammock (this is a favourite,what a way to enjoy a book and a cold beer) sunbeds and chairs and an outdoor shower (for when you need to cool down)

Nerja is a small coastal town on the Eastern Costa del Sol of Spain's Mediterranean coast in the sunny Andalucian region.
Located in the Province of Málaga, 50km east of Málaga City and 90km south west of Granada City, Nerja lies between warm sea and mountains that progressively increase in height to peak at some 3km near to Granada.
So... not surprisingly, Nerja enjoys an interesting micro-climate that tends to be sunnier and more temperate than that which typically prevails in the region
The Nerja / San Juan de Capistrano area
A place still exists on the Costa del Sol which lies between small coves untouched by development and surrounded by an impressive mountain scenery. At the easterly end of the province, only 50kms from Málaga and within 1 ½ hours drive of Granada, you will find Nerja, the touristic capital of the Axarquia.
With its mild climate, you can enjoy yourself to the full all year round and take advantage of the relaxed way of life of a village that still retains much of the character of its moorish past. Today, Nerja offers an excellent range of quality accommodation and leisure time facilities. There are thirtieen Kms. of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana beach that has once again been awarded by the Blue Flag of the European Union and the small coves below the impressive cliffs of Maro, which have been the inspiration of numerous artists who have set up residence here.
Lovers of nature can enjoy the wonderful countryside in the area, for those who seek arternative activities on their holidays, there is fishing, diving, waterskiing, canoeing, water bikes, hiking, cycling, horseriding, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more...
The historic centre, than begins in the Balcón de Europa (Balcony of Europe), was constructed around 1487. Former 9th Century Castle, it is now a viewing point above the sea. To the side of the Balcón, you will find the 17th Century El Salvador Church, constructed in baroque-mudejar style. You may also visit the 16th Century Nuestra Señora de las Angustias Hermitage with its paintings by the master Alonso Cano.
In the old quarter of town, typical small shops offer local craftworks and products of the area, including the sweet wine and olive oil, honey and tropical fruits. At the beach and fish restaurants you can enjoy the “pescaito frito” (fried fish), whilst the many international restaurants in town offer a wide variety of menus to suit all tastes.
Nerja retains its traditional festivals: the Fair, Holy Week (Easter), the San Isidro pilgrimage and the festivals of San Juan and Día del Carmen are also celebrated in their own special way. There are a wide range of cultural events throughout the year. Of particular note is the acclaimed “Nerja Caves Festival”,

A huge thank you from us! We loved your beautiful villa, it was extremely comfortable and really well equipped and maintained. I don't think anyone could want more. The games and books were a lovely touch too. We had fun playing boules and taught the girls how to play chess also. The pool is gorgeous too and so convenient. All in all, we had a brilliant week in Nerja and have no hesitation in recommending your villa to family and friends.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG - BUT LOOK AT HOW IT WAS HANDLED
Just thought i'd drop you a quick line to let you know how we got on at Mandarinos.
Well......we absolutley loved it!!!
This was our third year at Capistrano and this villa was by far the best we have stayed in. I hadn't realised that there was air con so that was a massive bonus to us (the two prevous villas did not have this added luxury!!).
On arrival, your directions were perfect and we had no trouble at all getting the keys although there was no pool pass at first as it had not been left by the previous occupant.
We had a couple of teething problems initially, the pool pass, air con in twin room didn't work, not enough towels for 4 of us, but these were all dealt with IMMEDIATELY the following morning and without any trouble at all, which we were really pleased about. We found the agent that you use to be really helpful and friendly.
The villa was fabulous, better than i had expected, very well equipped with everything we could need and with two shower rooms was just perfect for us.
We will most likely be rebooking for next year, can't wait!!!!!

We regularly take holidays in this part of Spain and thought your apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. The upper balcony is particularly nice to sit out on and the facilities inside are good as well. I also thought that the location was great - it was ideally placed to walk to the pool, shop or restaurants or just a short drive into Nerja and the beaches. The 5 of us had a great time and the weather was perfect.

.....our preferences was San Juan. ....We are certainly not disappointed. ....we can honestly say that your apartment must rank amongst the best. Specifically, the terraces & standard of finish/furniture. All of the others viewed were in a poor state of repair but many are still offered on the rental market.
In the advert, you do not mention the recent refurbishment or the high standard of the finish/furniture. The Kitchen is amazing but the picture does not really do it justice.
To answer your questions:
The standard of cleaning was excellent
Information pack was very informative and personalised which was very nice.
Lessagro were very helpful and the directions were good.
I truly believe that your apartment would appeal to a better standard of holiday maker and I am sure that they will be keen to rebook. .... we would certainly be more than willing to book with you again.

Just to update you, we had a very enjoyable stay in Nerja, the apartment was lovely, we were very impressed at how well equipped it was, and the general standard. Everything went smoothly with the taxi pick ups etc. We left the apartment practically the same as we found it!! There were no brakages and we disposed of our rubbish etc.
We were initially a little disappointed that we were further out of town and from the beach than expected, but we soon got over this, and walked down each day and got a taxi back, I would definitely rebook, and recommend to friends.
