About the home

Tropicana sits beside Punta Lara just west of the town centre of Nerja. The beach is no more than a few minutes walk where you will find bars and chiringuitos scattered along the beach front. You can also stroll along the beach if you wish to go into Nerja or alternatively take the local bus or taxi.

At dusk, stroll along the Balcon de Europa alongside the Mediterranean and be entertained by the artists and street vendors which add to the ambiance of this stylish resort.

The nearest airport to Nerja is Malaga, approximately 45 minutes away. Granada airport has recently ‘opened up’ and although approximately 1 ½ hours away, it has none of the queues and stress that you have at the larger airports. Almeria is approximate 2 ¼ hours away (mostly dual carriageway) and is another alternative.

Airport Transfers - We are able to arrange Airport Transfers from any Spanish airport to Nerja either by Taxi or Mini Bus at extremely competitive rates. As we use preferred companies, the drivers have knowledge of the location of most of our properties thus ensuring a smooth and efficient transfer from the airport.
