This pretty chalet style villa offers nicely furnished modern split level accommodation with all home comforts. The double bedded Master Bedroom suite, on the lower level, has en suite shower room, its own lounge area with extra sofa bed, TV, fridge & coffee making facilities and spiral stair access to the first floor and roof terrace. There are a further two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. There is a second bathroom with shower, washbasin, and wc.
There are three sun terraces, one roof top, one in the front garden and another alongside the private swimming pool. The two lounge areas both have Satellite TV and video games consoles. Internet access is available for a small fee
Our Ford Fusion car is free for use by our guests for the duration of their stay and is available to meet you on arrival at the Airport (Drivers must be age 27+).

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol boasts the best climate in Europe with very low rainfall and high rates of year round sunshine, Nerja is an attractive unspoilt resort approximately 50 kms East of Malaga (approximately 40 minutes drive).
Granada with its famous Allhambra Palace is just over an hours drive from Nerja. Inland, Lake Vinuela - a beautiful blue lagoon surrounded by mountains, is worth a trip. There are lots of places to visit around the area including The Caves Of Nerja, two Aqua Parks and Frigiliana, a nearby village which has been voted the prettiest village in Spain.
In the Winter, Skiing is just over an hour away in the Sierra Nevada, mountains of Granada
Nerja / Caves of Nerja, Maro area
Nerja is an attractive resort which is popular with more discerning holidaymakers because although it is now fairly well developed, this has been undertaken in a controlled manner, so the town has retained its original Spanish charm, relaxing atmosphere and fishing village heritage.
Nerja's centrepiece is the Balcon de Europa, a palm fringed promenade built on a craggy outcrop of rock. From here there are wonderful views along the Moorish coastline, and out to sea towards Africa.
Nerja has five beaches offering sunbed & parasol hire, watersports, pedaloes, tapas bars and restaurants.
In the evening there are lots of restaurants to choose from including Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian, German, Swedish and of course Spannish. Excellent food and excellent value go hand in hand, in all of the many restaurants in town. Three course meals from around £5 are often available.
The sleepy village of Maro has around ten bars/restaurants and a good choice of small supermarkets and shops. Maro also has its own 'mini balcon' set in front of the pretty village's church.

Cheap flights available from Easyjet, BmiBaby, Jet2, MyTravelite, Thomson-fly from local regional airports to Malaga Airport.

Further details indoors: The lounge has three brown leather sofas, 2 coffee tables and 2 sideboards in white. The dining area has a white suite with hexagonal extending table and chairs.
The good sized kitchen has just recently been refurbished with beach units. It has an oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Further details outdoors: The outdoor swimming pool is 22' x 10' and ranges from 3' to 5' deep. There is a full range of patio furniture including sun loungers alongside the pool and on the other two terraces.
The roof top terrace is above the master bedroom, whilst there is a lower level sun deck inside the private walled garden.
There is hard standing parking to the front of the villa and a substantial integral garage under the main building.
There are various bicycles in the garage and also a table tennis table for guests to use.
