Home description

Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally located private complex next to the Torrecilla beach with a large communal pool open all year and lovely fountains. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town of Nerja with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike, and many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and shops.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Nerja is unspoilt by high-rise holiday development and retains its unique Andalucian character of whitewashed houses, windows with grilles, roof with two slopes etc. Nerja is not just a summer resort, it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is in part due to the surrounding Almijara mountains with its pine-clad slopes which shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers. Nerja boasts many small coves reached by walking the Paseo de los Carabineros from Burriana to the Balcón.
