Home description
A semi-detached two bedroom townhouse on a quiet urbanisation close to Nerja town centre and its many beaches. The urbanisation has a large communal pool and a shallow children's pool.
The property consists of a large front terrace with table and chairs to seat 4 and a gas bbq. A new kitchen has been fitted this year and incorporates a fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is an very private internal courtyard with washing machine. The lounge/diner has two comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs to seat up to 6, English TV and Hifi.
On the next level is a large bathroom with extra large bath, double sinks, heated towel rail and w/c. Also on this level is the first bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and draws. Dual aspect windows make this a light and airy room.
Stairs lead from the landing to the master bedroom which has a kingsize bed, ceiling fans, wardrobe and draws. French doors lead onto a large private terrace .
There is plenty of onsteet parking close to the house. Burriana Beach is approx 5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk. The town centre is approx 8 mins drive or 30 minutes walk.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol remains one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. There is something for everyone thanks to its magnificent countryside, golden sandy beaches, spectacular mountains and traditional andalucian culture.
The summer months of June to September are normally very warm and dry with highs of around 35 degrees. The winter months are typically very mild, allowing people to enjoy the beaches and outdoor activites all year round.
Nerja / Almijara area
Nerja lies 45 minutes from Malaga on the Eastern Costa del Sol. Originally a fishing village, the town still retains its traditional Andalusian charm with white washed buildings, golden beaches, narrow cobbled streets and a spectacular mountain back drop. At the heart of Nerja is the beautiful 'Balcon de Europa' , a palm tree lined promenade that stretches out over the Mediterranean Sea. The town caters to all tastes with a wide variety of cafe bars and restaurants.
Nerja has around 16 km of sandy beaches which offer numerous watersports including scuba diving, windsurfing and watersking. Alternatively if you prefer not to get your feet wet there are plenty of other activities to chose from including tennis, horseriding, golf (3 course within 30 minutes drive), mountain walks and cycling.
Approx 3 kms outside Nerja are its famous Caves. These are well worth a visit and regular buses run from the town for those who do not have a car.
How to get there
Casa Kimela is approx 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. Most airlines fly into Malaga, inculding EasyJet, BA, BMI Baby and Monarch. From the airport you can hire a car (contact us for more info), catch a bus or we can arrange a taxi (65 euros) or minibus (110 euros).
Alternatively you can fly into Granada Airport which is less than 1.5 hours drive from Nerja. Again we can arrange car hire or taxis from the airport.
