Casa Natalia is a charming 3-bedroom villa commanding prime position in a small development just above Burriana Beach. This villa is in an excellent location just a few minutes' walk to the beach where a wide variety of beach-front shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The route into town, past the Parador Hotel, is a pleasant walk, with further numerous shops and restaurants along the way. If you don't want to rent a car then Casa Natalia is in absolutely the ideal location for both beach and town.
The villa has three bedrooms upstairs - a double bedroom with new en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms. There is also a newly refurbished family bathroom on this level, and a WC on the ground floor. A sunny terrace with sea and mountain views leads off the two main bedrooms.
These three large bedrooms combine with an extremely roomy living and dining area to give plenty of living space within which to eat, read or just relax. The exceptionally large main sun terrace, which leads off the main living area, possesses marvellous views of both the sea and the mountains, and comes equipped with sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs. The kitchen is newly refurbished and comes well-equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is satellite TV (Sky) and a VCR in the property, as well as heaters for the winter and fans for the summer, and a wood-burning stove in the living room.
For the 2010 summer season there will be a newly-built communal swimming pool for the use of guests.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol often surprises people who visit it for the first time. Far from the images we sometimes see of high rise apartment blocks and English bars, much of the Costa del Sol is actually unspoilt, traditional and very beautiful. A large part of the coast line has a backdrop of mountains, meaning you can enjoy the beauty of the sparkling Mediterranean sea and imposing mountain ranges at the same time.
Nerja is one of the most popular town for holidays in the Costa del Sol. It has remained strong to its rural past and hasn’t lost its Andalucian traditions: there are no high-rise apartment complexes here. Instead you will find many pueblo style developments, offering a taste of real Spanish life.
Nerja has some of Europe’s best beaches; the main Burriana Beach has recently won a prestigious award for its high standards of cleanliness and facilities and Torrecilla beach has won a Blue Flag award. Nerja has many great bars and restaurants, together with its famous historic caves, and has easy access from Malaga airport.

Perched on cliffs above the Mediterranean with views across the bay, Nerja has the ambience and style of a lively Spanish town and the rustic charm of an traditional fishing village.
The villa enjoys a fantastic location, within a short walk of beaches, including the award-winning Burriana Beach, and also within a short walk of the centre of Nerja. Nerja has a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, and unlike some other holiday destinations, is a real Spanish town and so is open all year round - meaning you won't find yourself stuck for somewhere to eat if you travel out of season.
This villa's location means that a car is not needed within Nerja, however it would be useful to take advantage of the many places to visit around Nerja, such as the pretty mountain village of Frigiliana, or the famous Caves of Nerja, and there are plenty of places nearby to go walking and escape into the countryside.
How to get there
Malaga airport is just a 45 minute drive away. We can arrange car hire at very competitive prices with a special 'meet and greet' service from the arrivals hall. We an also arrange taxi transfers to and from the airport. Cheap flights from most regional airports are available - easyjet, bmibaby, flybe etc A car is not necessary as the beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the town centre is within a 10-15 minute walk.
