Small, bright, sunny, very modern and one-bedroom flat in central Nerja.. Large Pool & garden. Close to everything;3 beaches,Balcon de Europa, and many restaurants and tapas bars Air-conditioning . Residents parking, Shared roof terrace Sea-view. (not front-line)



Prime location in the centre of Nerja, at the top of Calle Malaga; a wide tree-lined no-through road, leading down to Torecilla beachand up to El Barrio and El Salon beach, and the famous promenade Balcon de Europa.  200m to/ everything; including the sea, restaurants bars and the famous  Balcon de Europa.


Sunny south-east facing terrace, accessed via lounge, with table and chairs and a pretty view of the sea and palm trees between the two buildings opposite. Separate small conservatory-style terrace for poorer weather, accessed via bedroom. (Windows can be slid open in summer.) Both with sun-awnings

Garden and large guitar shaped pool, with shallow area for young children. .Pool attendant in high season. Open from 1st May until 31st October.

Shared roof terrace with sea and mountain views for sunbathing. Separate roof terrace for clothes drying. Open year-round.

Nerja is a lovely little-known coastal town that people return to year after year. It combines an authentic, unspoiled Spanish flavour with modern amenities and stunning scenery. It enjoys a superb climate all year round, with an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year., and is a year round holiday destination.

Nerja lies on the eastern most tip of the Costa del Sol where the mountains meet the sea, bordering the Costa Tropical. It is 55Km from Malaga,airport, it is around 45 minutes drive on the A7/E15 motorway to Nerja, ex. 292. Flanked and protected by the mighty Sierra Almijara mountain range(mostly natural parkland) Nerja is said to have the best climate on the entire Costa del Sol, not to mention the dramatic scenery the mountains provide.

Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalusian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. Unusually for the Costa del Sol, Nerja had the wisdom to restrict all buildings to five stories. Traditional Spanish culture and customs are still very much part of everyday life in Nerja, and there are many colourful festivals and street parades throughout the year. In addition there are many cultural events; music of all kinds, including jazz, classical, choral and formal and informal flamenco. There is a dance festival in the summer, and there are regular performances of flamenco and tango and some ballet at the local cultural centre.

The heart of Nerja is the spectacular Balcon de Europa, a magnificent palm-tree lined promenade on top of a towering cliff, once the site of a Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Med and the small coves below, all against a backdrop of mountains and blue skies.

There are a wonderful selection of restaurants and Tapas bars in Nerja, the majority have al-fresco dining, and many have sea-views. Visitors will find the prices extremely reasonable compared to their home countries. As well as traditional Andalusian cuisine, there is a wide variety of other cuisines available; British, German, Thai, Indian, Italian and French.

Nerja's nine sandy beaches stretching to over 16km in total.

All major water-sports are catered for, and golf is available about 20 min drive away. There are many walks available, and even the Sierra Nevada ski resort is only an hour and a half away.

Nerja's most spectacular attraction has to be its caves. The Cueva de Nerja is regarded as one of the most significant monuments of the world, with archaeological remains dating back to the Paleolithic Age. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall where performances are staged during the summer
