Double patio glazed doors open to the spacious sunny balcony and dining area affording magnificient views of the .garden/ pool areas and the sea . The large swimming pool is set in a well attended garden with palm trees and lounge areas.

Nerja is in the Axarquia region in the Eastern part of Malaga province, and on the easternmost stretch of the Costa del Sol, bordering the costa Tropical. Locals claim that it has the 'best climate in the World' and we cannot disagree with this. The surroundings are spectacularly beautiful , with a hinterland of mountains ( mostly natural parkland ) dotted with traditional white villages well worth visiting. Within an hours drive vegetation varies from sub-tropical to high mountain pinewoods.
Local produce includes traditional wine, raisins,almonds,honey and latterly exotic tropical fruit.
During your stay in Acapulco Playa apartment ,assistance is available from the janitor ( portiero ) Antonio who is multi lingual and most helpful and supportive for all your local needs.
When using the garden and pool area please read the guide relating to users regulations dispayed in the apt entrance hall and also in the gardens.
Although car parking is available it is very busy in high season.
Thank you for cooperating with our strictly no smoking policy in the apartment except on the balcony.
A deposit of £100.00 is payable prior to the start of any rental which is refundable following satisfactory inspection and return of apt keys.
There are 2 internal lifts and a wheelchair ramp access at the entrance.

Whilst there is lots to do and see in Nerja, in and around the town , there are also other places of interest further afield which are easily accessible by by car or local bus service.
For example Nerja caves, whitewashed villages of Frigiliana and Maro, Baviera golf , Velez malaga shopping, Torre del Mar beaches and restaurants. Then slightly further away visit the famous World Heritage site The Alhambra Palace and Granada ( 1 hour by road) , Ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada ( 1.5 hours by road ) Lake Vinuela, Marbella, Puerta Banus etc etc.

I arrived at the apartment in a foul mood following shabby treatment from the car rental company at Malaga airport, however once I stepped into the apartment and out onto the balcony I felt the stress totally drain from my body. I've stayed here before and I thank my lucky stars that I discovered this little gem of an apartment, it's what you hope to find when you journey into the unknown, as you step through the door you can instantly see that you've picked a winner. It's not a typical rental apartment, it has lots of nice touches, personal touches that lift it "above the norm".
I could probably spend a full week sitting on the balcony, but if you had to visit the Balcon de Europe, I reckon I could hop there on one leg in less than 3 minutes. A perfect location, so close to everything but so peaceful and tranquil day and night.

We have been visting Nerja for over 10 years and have stayed in various properties and hotels in the area. This apartment is absolutely perefect for a couple. It is very comfortable and tastefully decorated with all the facilities you need.
The view is amazing, overlooking the sea and the terrace is lovely and perfect for outside dining.
You are literally a 2 minute walk from the centre of town and a car is not essential here. We have just returned from 2 weeks in December/January and the weather was just fabulous.
