Having undergone recent refurbishment this lovely apartment is well furnished in a modern contemporary style with satellite TV, large terrace, roof terrace, and views of the communal pool and gardens. A short distance to Burriana beach with it's bars, restaurants and mini market, this property is ideally suited to both families and couples alike.

This 2 bed apartment is on the first floor of a small urbanisation of around 16 properties located in the Burriana Beach area of Nerja.

Internally, you will find a fully fitted kitchen, bright lounge and dining area that opens onto the south facing terrace area.

There is a twin bedroom to the rear of the property, and a south facing master double bedroom that has access out onto the terrace area.

The complex has a south facing communal pool and lovely garden area, with a small children's playgound at the back of the complex. There is a gated private parking area which is hugely valuable in this area particularly during the busy summer months.
