The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is more family-friendly. There are plenty of water sports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.
Nerja / San Juan de Capistrano area
Nerja remains a scenic and unspoilt location and is still Costa Del Sol's hidden secret, untouched by development and surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery, with excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Much of Nerja's charm come's from the narrow winding streets and whitewashed buildings. You can relax the full year round with Nerja's warm climate and enjoy a town which still retains it character of its Moorish past. There are 9km of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana Beach, and Torricella blue flag beaches, Within walking distance we have the Caves of Nerja an unforgettable experience. 6km by bus or car, you have the pretty whitewashed villages of Friglianna, Torrox and Competa. San Juan de Capistrano is close to the Natural Park for country walks, there are tennis courts ten minutes walk away, several horse-riding centres, activity centres for canoeing, snorkelling diving and other activities. In the winter season skiing in the Sierra Nevada is about 2 hours away.
How to get there
All the budget airlines fly to Malaga. Nerja is approx 45 km drive from Malaga. We can organise you a taxi, approx. 70€ each way or a very good car hire company is www.carjet.com. Also there is a very good bus service from Malaga airport. For those with out their own transport there are excellent regular bus services to and from the town centre, or if feeling fit a 15 min walk in to town.

Further details indoors: The newly refurbished apartment comprises of two bedrooms, ideally sleeping 4 but can sleep 5 (a single pull out bed is available) fully equipped kitchen having fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave etc, lounge/diner with cable TV. The newly fitted bathroom consists of walk in shower, sink unit and wc. The lounge and main bedroom have french doors leading on to the large Southwest facing terrace allowing dining alfresco, with superb views overlooking the sea and mountains. The magnificent swimming pool is open from easter until the end of October, with a lifeguard in attendance at all times, there is internet and phone access, San juan has a local supermarket.
Further details
There is no specific arrival or departure day. On arrival the apartment will be available after 4pm but you can drop your luggage off at 2pm. On the departure day the apartment must be vacated by 10am. To guarantee a reservation a 20'% non refundable deposit is required when booking, the balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday.
Sorry but no pets allowed and no smoking inside the apartment.
Families and couples preferred.
Conditions
Linen and bath towels are provided (not beach towels). Linen changed weekly. Please request a cot or high chair if required when booking, this is supplied at an additional cost.
