The villa (attached) has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and cloakroom and can sleep up to 6 people. This is a relatively new development and the lovely Aljamar town house is decorated to a high standard and situated in the area of Nerja above Burriana beach with it's array of bars and restaurants only a short walk away downhill. It has a private swimming pool located on the terrace. The house is built over 3 floors and has a private garage from where entrance to the house can also be made. On ground level is the garage with door (washing machine is in the garage) to the main house where there is a full bathroom and stairs leading up to the 1st floor. Here there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins, 1 double (all with built in wardrobes and patio access) and a further full bathroom. Doors from two of the bedrooms open on to a good sized west facing terrace where there are sun beds and a small private pool. On the 2nd floor is the living area with the front door entrance of the houses, there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher plus the electrical appliances such as toaster and kettle (washing machine is in the garage). Also on the same level there is a cloakroom/toilet, a spacious lounge/dining area with ceiling fan and a terrace that commands views down to the sea and up to the mountains. Facilities: Washing machine - dishwasher - hob and oven - fridge freezer - microwave - safe - fans - Sat TV (limited channels) - CD Player.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
