This apartment is situated in one of Nerja’s most popular urbanization’s in the heart of this bustling town on the Costa Del Sol.
The complex has its own private swimming pool and communal gardens and being first line on the sea front and has some views across the Mediterranean.
The complex is secure with shops and restaurants and cafes directly outside the apartment.
The accommodation itself is very spacious (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 en suite) and has been recently decorated with many new furnishings and appliances including CD and DVD player, satellite TV (with a good selection of UK channels) as well as a selection of books, games and DVDs. Air conditioning for heating and cooling was also installed importantly in both of the bedrooms and also in the lounge/dinning room. The kitchen has also been modernised and is well equiped.

The accommodation comprises a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas/electric hob, toaster, kettle. The living room has a sofa bed and a single removable bed underneath and a dining area with seating for 6. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a twin single beds with air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom with bath, bidet, wash basin and WC. The other bedroom has a double bed with air conditioning and a toilet and shower room just next to it. The first floor apartment also has air conditioning in the living/ dining room a TV, satellite television, DVD player and electric heaters for the short winter in the Costa del Sol. Linen and towels are provided.

The complex boasts Nerja's largest swimming pool which also has a lifeguard in attendance during the peak season.
The private balcony of the apartment overlooks the swimming pool and, being west facing, has the sun in the afternoon and evening.

The Costa del Sol region
Nerja is a polular holiday area on the Costa del Sol with both beaches and mountains at hand.
The apartment is in the heart of the main town of Nerja and still retains an old charm and character whilst catering for the needs of its many visitors. It is surrounded by mountains which gives it its own micro-climate making it warmer than its neighbouring towns in the winter months.
Nerja Caves where discovered by three young boys in the late part of last century and are one of Spain's top tourist attractions.
Frigliana is another white village famous for its wine where the houses and shops are set on a hillside and there are wonderful views from many points whilst walking along the streets. It has been voted the prettiest white village in Andalucia and it is easy to see why with cascades of flowers falling over balconies and from tubs on the ground.
Agriculture is still a way of life in the region and bullocks can still be seen pulling the ploughs in the fields. Olive and almond trees make a beautiful display in spring time.

Popular local activities include, diving, golf, walking, horseriding, fishing, sailing, surfing, cycling, visiting europes largest caves, shopping, and sun worshiping.

Málaga airport to Nerja by car takes approx. 45 mins (50kms from Málaga). Taxis are easily available at the airport or you can take a bus from Malaga. There is an excellent bus service between Nerja and all major towns and villages. A trip to some of the nearby villages (Frigiliana, Cómpeta, Algarrobo) which form part of the Wine Route is a must. Granada is 90 minutes drive by car.

this is our third time in this apt, and as always we were not disappointed. Its ideally situated close to the beach with a good choice of restaurants right on the doorstep, or a larger choice in nerja village which is a lovely 10 min stroll. would definately reccomend this apt and will return in the future. The owners, Gavin and Sarah are friendly and answer any questions you may have without delay! |
