The comfortable lounge/dining room with double doors leading to the sun terrace has 3 seater bedsettee and two separate chairs,dining table seating six, 32inch LCD TV receiving Freesat UK programs, DVD/CD player and radio. WiFi is available on a short term subscription basis.
The kitchen includes a full size electric cooker,washing machine,fridge with freezer compartment,microwave etc. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and doors leading to the sun terrace, the other with twin beds. Both have large fitted wardrobes, dressing & bedside tables/lamps and chairs. The fully tiled bathroom & toilet has a bath/powerful shower over, wash hand basin & heater. The terrace is spacious, south-facing with sun all day and has a table, chairs, relaxers, sun beds, parasol and small barbecue. The villa is cleaned before arrival and all bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels), are changed on a weekly basis, and included in the price. The villa has easy level access and with parking close to the front door.

The communal swimming pools are approximately 75 metres away together with a mini supermarket and poolside bars.(Open April to October incl). There is also a children's play area a short distance away. Our managing agent's office is in the same block. The local urban bus to Nerja town also stops here. Lovers of nature can enjoy the wonderful countryside in the area, for those who seek alternative activities on their holidays, there is fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, water bikes, hiking, cycling, horseriding, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more. During the winter months we thoroughly recommend the walking available in the nearby countryside to suit all abilities.
The Costa del Sol region
Cost Del Sol covers most of the southern coast of Spain and boasts one of the best climates on the Mediterranean coastline.The section east of Malaga is a picturesque region of the Costa del Sol and is perfect for relaxing, walking or for more sporting holidays.There are numerous “white villages” which still retain a lot of Spanish character and Nerja itself offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. Las Cuevas de Nerja are also a famous tourist attraction ranked in the top 3 in all of Spain. Notorious for all year round sun with daytime winter temperatures of around 15 to 20 degrees. There is much to explore inland with a beautiful mountainous area together with some fantastic coves and beaches along the coastline.
SAN JUAN DE CAPISTRANO: San Juan is a beautifully maintained village, set beneath the mountains overlooking Nerja, and provides lovely surroundings with pretty gardens and large swimming pool with grass area, an adjacent small children's pool and nearby a new children's area. These facilities, with panoramic views of the mountains and sea, are directly opposite the Villa, and are available for use by residents and tenants, together with a small supermarket, restaurant, and the usual bars.The town of Nerja, and Burriana Beach, reputed to be one of the finest beaches east of Malaga, are approx. 2kms away, where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found to suit all tastes.
The famous Nerja Caves are a short distance away and can be walked to.
