The comfortable lounge/dining room with double doors leading to the sun terrace has settee and two separate chairs,dining table seating six, 32inch LCD TV receiving cable UK programs including Sky Sport etc., DVD/CD player and radio. WiFi is available on a short term subscription basis.

The kitchen includes a full size electric cooker,washing machine,fridge with freezer compartment,microwave etc. There are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and doors leading to the sun terrace, the other with twin beds. Both have large fitted wardrobes, dressing table & bedside tables/lamps. The fully tiled bathroom & toilet has a bath/powerful shower over, wash hand basin & heater. The terrace is spacious, south-facing with sun all day and has a table, chairs, relaxers, sun beds, parasol and small barbecue. The villa is cleaned before arrival and all bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels),are included in the price .For bookings exceeding ten days clean linen is provided after seven. The villa has easy level access and with parking close to the front door.

The communal swimming pools are approximately 75 metres away together with a mini supermarket and poolside bars.(Open April to October incl). There is also a children's play area a short distance away. Our managing agents(English) live close by. The local urban bus to Nerja town also stops here. Lovers of nature can enjoy the wonderful countryside in the area; for those who seek alternative activities on their holidays, there is fishing, waterskiing, canoeing, water bikes, hiking, cycling, horseriding, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more. During the winter months we thoroughly recommend the walking available in the nearby countryside to suit all abilities.

The Andalucia region

Cost Del Sol covers most of the southern coast of Spain and boasts one of the best climates on the Mediterranean coastline.The section east of Malaga is a picturesque region of the Costa del Sol and is perfect for relaxing, walking or for more sporting holidays.There are numerous “white villages” which still retain a lot of Spanish character and Nerja itself offers a wide range of shops and restaurants. Las Cuevas de Nerja are also a famous tourist attraction ranked in the top 3 in all of Spain. Notorious for all year round sun with daytime winter temperatures of around 15 to 20 degrees. There is much to explore inland with a beautiful mountainous area together with some fantastic coves and beaches along the coastline.


SAN JUAN DE CAPISTRANO: San Juan is a beautifully maintained village, set beneath the mountains overlooking Nerja, and provides lovely surroundings with pretty gardens and large swimming pool with grass area, an adjacent small children's pool and nearby a new children's area. These facilities, with panoramic views of the mountains and sea, are directly opposite the Villa, and are available for use by residents and tenants, together with a small supermarket, restaurant, and the usual bars.The town of Nerja, and Burriana Beach, reputed to be one of the finest beaches east of Malaga, are approx. 2kms away, where a multitude of bars and restaurants can be found to suit all tastes.

The famous Nerja Caves are a short distance away and can be walked to.

"A lovely place to spend a week"

Jasmin 1, We loved it. A two bedroom villa situated at the end of a short terrace, own front door with nice patio and very private gardens to the side and rear of the property. The garden is west facing, and gets the sun from mid morning until after 8 p.m., so we made full use of the barbecue.

The property is situated in San Juan de Capistrano, quite high up on the edge of Nerja. However, this was not a problem as there is a shuttle bus to Nerja centre every hour, on the hour. (cost one euro) Alternatively, a taxi will cost a fixed price of seven euros. We used to walk to Nerja in the mornings (25 minutes) and take the shuttle bus or a taxi home.

A great place to stay, go for it.

"Great location away from the busy town centre......."

I made a late booking and was very pleased with how easy and straight forward the process was.
The owner was extremely helpful and made it stress free and without complication.I duly received the key prior to travelling.
The journey from Malaga was easy and the Villa easy to find and it took about 50 minutes.
I loved the location. Up a hill away from the town centre and nice and quiet. The Villa is ideally located just across the road from the shop and pool.
The villa itself is lovely. Clean/ homely and well equipped with everything you may need. TV, washing machine, cooker and microwave etc. Good couple of channels on the TV and a dvd player that I used frequently. Comfortable bed for a restful nights sleep.
I went to this development for a couple of reasons. Firstly I had some business for a couple of days and wanted a comfortable base. Secondly I am taking my family back to this development in August and wanted to look around the area.
The beaches are great and lovely and clean. The town itself is ideal with a good selection of restaurants and bars and there are the Caves of Nerja nearby which are well worth a visit. Overall highly recommended accommodation in a super area. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

"lovely relax xmas stay"

h villas was beautifu with stuning views, there was everything you needed there and the kids loved walking up the mountains behind, we used it as a base and although buses arrived regularly behind the garden, you are a fair way from town, we hired a car, as we went to sierra nevada on several days to ski. most relaxed xmsa we have had with 7, 5 and 4 year olds, hopin tore book for nex year.

"Absolutely brilliant! Can't wait to go back!"

This is the most leisurely and chilled out holiday we have ever been on and have already booked to go back! We took our family including 3 children ranging from 4 to 14 years old and this holiday suited us all perfectly. One of the things that I liked most about both the villa complex and Nerja town is that you can't help but feel really safe and 'at home'. The beautiful pool is right opposite the villa, along with a really handy supermarket. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything that you need- it is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The rooms are a good size and the terrace is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The attractive pool is perfect for children with a gently sloping shallow end and a deep area for diving and jumping in- it is immaculately clean and well kept. With the sunbeds next to the pool we were able to relax and watch the children at the same time. The cafe/restaurants around the pool are great for day time food although with the villa so close we had the option of popping back to the villa for lunch. The restaurants below the pool make a fantastic option for eating if you don't fancy venturing into town. We enjoyed the variety of things to do in the evenings- a stroll and meal on the beach front, a wander through town with a huge variety of restaurants (price ranges to suit all), an evening of volleyball and picnic on the beach or a quiet night in with a barbecue on the terrace. There is a bus which stops near the villa which gives great access to the town or beach, day and night. Nerja is beautiful in both the day and night and has a really lovely atmosphere whatever time you go.
I can't recommend either this villa or Nerja highly enough!
