The house is set over two floors. On the ground floor you enter the house from the street, into a porch. This leads to a short hallway leading to the open plan lounge and dining area. Off of the hallway is a double bedroom with a shuttered window on to Calle Carebeo. To the rear of the house is a further hallway leading to a separate fitted kitchen, full bathroom and access to the rear court yard patio area. Stairs lead up to the second floor onto a large landing. On this floor is the master bedroom, with a small balcony over looking the Calle Carebeo. Another large bedroom with one double and one single bed. There is a fully equipped bathroom. A set of French doors lead out onto the terrace, with views to the sea, off of this is a spiral staircase leading up to the roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea and mountains across the tiled roof tops.

The Costa del Sol region
With more hours of sunshine than just about anywhere else in Europe, villa holidays in the Costa del Sol have always been a popular choice. From Gibraltar to Nerja this is a wonderful stretch of coastline that majors on chic resorts and great beaches.
Naturally our villa holidays are all about flexibility, and our superbly appointed villas allow easy access to resorts like Puerto Banus and Fuengirola as well as "must see" sites like the Alhambra in Granada, picturesque Mijas and the grand city of Seville. There again, one of our villa holidays is all about relaxation so you might find it difficult to tear yourself away from your private pool! But, for those with a wanderlust to satisfy, the Moroccan city of Tangiers is well worth a trip.
So, if your idea of the perfect villa holiday includes great beaches, good golf courses and Riviera resorts then the Costa del Sol should be just the ticket!
The Nerja / Balcon de Europa area
Unrushed and informal, this picturesque, whitewashed former fishing village is backed by stunning mountain scenery and is ideal for lots of souvenir shopping and exploring. The tiny, twisting streets have shops catering for all tastes and the town is strong on cafe-life, with friendly spots to sit and enjoy a morning café con leche.
The Moorish-style architecture adds an attractive touch and if you want some dramatic views, the Balcon de Europa is a wide, palm-lined promenade that will take you out to sea above two of the town's sandy coves. By night the pace speeds up somewhat and you will be faced with excellent waterfront restaurants as well as lively tapas bars. If you ever want to venture further afield, then Nerja's famed underground caves are a nearby tourist hotspot and make a spectacular sight.

This beautiful and charming Townhouse, with it's white washed walls and exposed wooden beams, is located right in the centre of Nerja overlooking the ocean with vistas to die for…… The property manager was there to meet us on arrival and ensured that we settled in well and had everything we needed. In fact we settled in so well that we really didn't want to leave after our holiday. This house is in a superb location - at the top of C/ Carabeo in the heart of Nerja, steps away from the Balcon de Europa (centre of Nerja) and all the fabulous restaurants and bars for which Nerja is renowned.
It has two terraces (one with small table & chairs & one with sun loungers) commanding spectacular and breathtaking vistas of the ocean , mountains and the Balcon de Europa. The house is decorated to a high standard and we immediately felt at home. The bedrooms are very spacious, with lots of wardrobe space and air conditioning, and the two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are fully equipped with Bath, Shower etc. The outside patio (on ground level) is a sun trap and is ideal for a leisurely breakfast, a quiet afternoon relaxing and a candlelit dinner in the evening, cooked in the fully fitted modern kitchen. All in all I would highly recommend this house, it had every comfort one would need to ensure a fantastic holiday. And don't forget to pop into Los Barriles, the oldest bar in Nerja, for a glass of vino and tapa.

Spacious two floor house, traditional but with all amenities. A wonderful ground floor patio, two terraces with magnificent views over both the sea and the mountains behind and a master bedroom to die for. Located on the cliffs in the oldest street in town, seafront Calle Carabeo. As central as it gets, just off landmark Balcón de Europa. Two-three minutes walk to three of Nerja's nine beaches (our favourite is somewhat hidden El Balcón), and a short five min walk up in the beautiful old town to find lots of small bars/restaurants that are also very popular with locals.
